I'm not generally a fan of loaning players from other Scottish teams, especially Celtic. But despite all the evidence to the contrary I've just got this weird gut feeling that Ciftci would be great here. Oh aye definitely, I'm still a Robinson fan. Was just making a weird and badly made point that there are comparisons there if you want to seek them out.

Not that I necessarily agree but playing devil's advocate you could definitely draw some parallels. Scraping our way to safety,living off a few "iconic" results- 6-1/cup run- and high player turnover. I do think Robinson has much more about him than Baraclough though.

No they weren't. We were 5th in the league, taking points off Rangers, Aberdeen and Celtic and in a cup final.

Carson Tait Kipre Hartley Dunne Bigi Campbell Cadden Tanner Frear New Striker SHOULD be enough to form the bones of a decent,comfortably top 8 team this year. Bigi and Frear can drop out for Rose or Grimshaw if we're in need of some more physicality. Tbh I'm increasingly convinced there are no good left backs anymore. The fact we've been trying to replace Hammell for 5 years to no avail makes me think Charles Dunne is the best we're going to get.

Right now we're in a totally expected bad run of form. This has been compounded by injuries to all our key players and a busy and difficult schedule. If these sort of runs carry on once all those factors have been resolved then it goes from a blip to something clearly far more serious. I don't think I've been seriously wanting to see a Motherwell manager sacked since Malpas but if we're still losing every week despite having a fully fit and hopefully strengthened squad then I'll have a harder time defending Robinson.

Not even that. We drew with Celtic and beat Aberdeen in November. We've literally had one bad month.
