That story about Calderwood bullying and ostracising Ryan O'Leary at Kilmarnock when he found out he had depression made me a bit uncomfortable about the idea of him ever managing us.

Erwin was very effective for a few months in the certain system we employed but I'm not sure if he's actually any better than a top Championship/bottom Premiership player. Not saying he can't improve but imo he'll be way out of his depth in England.

I think £100 000 would be the absolute limit we would pay for a manager and, even then, only if he was somebody we really really wanted. If we do offer compensation I'm sure it would be somewhere between £10 000 and £50 000. I don't think we've ever payed for a manager before, but over the last year we've payed apparently around the £25 000 mark for a few players.

To be fair, we have only been losing games by one/two goals. Not like the regular pumpings last season.

We aren't a half decent SPFL side though.
