The Alexander/ O'Donnell debate has ran it course now. Regarding SOD I don't quite get a lot of the views but each to their own, definitely had a poor spell last season but I feel with right manager could flourish. As with all clubs you have players that take criticism and others can do no wrong, just my view but I feel that with Van Veen, yes scored lots of goals last season but also done plenty wrong and very selfish and lazy at times, but that is why he is with us and not at a higher level, but at same time when in the mood he is a huge asset. It's all part of being a well fan. COYW. PS. well that was full speech without one joke.......... Knock Knock...(who's there)........lol

Need new manager asap, I believe some well fans aren't even watching the commonwealth games closing ceremony as it's coming from the Alexander Stadium...cue ...here it comes......Ba Boom!!
-
That's a bad prediction, or to shorten...BP
-
I have trained you well young jedi
-
Can I suggest something,. Alexander has left so whether you were a fan or not, we move on and anticipate our new manager and let's give them a proper chance as this ain't going to be a quick fix,. COYW

Heavy loss and we will be sending an Esso S !!
-
With us no doubt paying off Alexander and Lucketti then I don't know where the cash would be to also pay compensation to Killie and Ross co for McInnes or Mackay. Mind you I would assume Valakari under contract unless he has a clause in his contract. If no joy then we could just go further north to Lapland and approach Santa as he has an ahem.....claus in his contract!!......sorry folks

Agree totally, we had no idea what was going on, understand the reasons but at start of 2nd half when we need a reaction when losing?, sorry I don't agree but just my opinion. Anyway onto the game, plenty endeavour and loved fact Hammell changed dugout set up so we are at home side. Bevis and sol give me fear and up front I am sorry and I know fans like him but KVV needs to remember it's a team game and not all about him. Goss and mcginn good and mahon lively, shields needs rested and Efford taking an eternity to shoot bewildering. However some fans still need to get a grip, some of shouts and criticism OTT, at this stage we all need to unite and get right behind the team
-
Definitely Goss, looked great on centre mid, mcginn also good

Carroll injured?
-
He was on twitter criticising my jokes, never forgave him and reported him to the club!! Lol
-
Rab McKinnon was one of my favourite ever players, just slightly behind Joe wark as best ever left back

Steve Austin in slo-mo is quicker than ojala. And I refer to the six million dollar man for lovers of classic 70's TV, not the wrestler.
-
That doesn't inspire me but at end of the day whoever gets the job needs the fans to get behind them and give them a chance

Just stuck £1 on big dunky at 16-1. O'Dea and Kennedy.....no thanks

One thing I hope for on Saturday is a cracking atmosphere and none of the behaviour witnessed at both Sligo games from some fans. We all need to get right behind the team, nothing worse for a player if getting dogs abuse every time a mistake is made. Sure , there are players I am not a fan of but I don't berate them when they are on the pitch. Let's hope for a 2nd league win and a happy forum ..COYW

Looks like he hasn't applied but would be happy to talk to the club. I would have no problem with him bring asked. I know some have questioned his record down south but we aren't going to get a manager who has won multiple trophies. Lambert and Valakari both appealing and I am sure a few others that we haven't even considered. Stevie H also can't be discounted especially if we win on Saturday and there are more positive signs... Aye all right...rub it in!!lol. Ps. Enjoy

Will take your word for it pal, I don't read comments from other fans. But can't disagree that there is an element where behaviour is shocking
-
That just beggars belief...like I said....we have an element whose behaviour is an embarrassment
-
We do have an element whose behaviour is embarrassing and can be toxic but you have an element like that at every club. We need an appointment that can really get the fans on board. I don't think someone like say Tommy Wright is going to get the fans excited and thankfully the Robbo one looked like a non story.

Agree totally, it was the lads debut so is obviously going to be making mistakes and would have been so nervous. I think it's great seeing a youngster get a chance. I have spoken so much over the years about this. Good luck Kian

Trial by sportscene hopefully

Well done to Stevie and Brian Kerr for getting the team organised at such short notice. However it's only one game so I hope the board don't get lazy. Let's put the job out there and see who is interested
