With season now finished and incredibly a European place I think it's time we all relax, enjoy sunny weather and see how things pan out during the summer. Both fans of GA and those against have said plenty over the past few weeks with great points made. Some comments over the score but that is to be expected. I expect Hibs and Aberdeen to improve but that isn't my concern. My only focus is on our squad. I confess I am not convinced GA will bring in right players and clear out the ones we all know that aren't good enough but I am prepared to give him a chance and if it doesn't work then he has to go. If he turns it round then I hold my hand up and apologise. Let's enjoy the close season and none of my jokes for at least a few weeks...COYW

I am expecting about 50 plus dvds then as punishment for my patter!!! Lol

We shouldnt accept a 6-0 any time, I don't care about budgets. Think of the fans that paid to go and watch that. Anyway wed night was the main one so let's all just have a good summer and hope GA gets his new signings and clear out correct or we will have problems.. COYW

A great post from David with lots of great assessments. Not much I can add apart from fact we need a left back. Just my opinion but Carroll and McGinley are not good enough and been at fault for a lot of goals this season. Fact McGinley got new 2yr deal is bewildering. Maybe next season they will improve but I doubt it. Johansen is another I would move on if we were offered decent money. Looked a good signing but has gradually went downhill..COYW

As we are all Well fans the last 2 games have been a pleasant turnaround from a brutal 2022 so far. Last night was prime example of why we love the Well, nail-biting from start to finish and a happy ending. Also 4700 Well fans there which was great . Just because we won last 2 games I don't think it should be case of saying to those that doubt Alexander (including myself) "Ha Ha, you got it wrong". There has been plenty legitimate and valid points for criticising GA which have been discussed lots so I won't bore everyone again. However I also said I am willing to give him a transfer window as I feel penny has dropped for him on various fronts. He needs to improve areas of the pitch urgently like Left-Back, Centre Half and another Striker. At Centre-Half Lamie probably away (though full credit for great attitude since January and 2 HUGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE goals), Bevis is fine if played there, Johansen has went downhill after promising start and Ojala is huge mystery as now looks like a liability, his run last night for goal reminded me of Peter Reid trying to catch Maradona at 1986 World Cup!!! Think we all need to unite and see how the new squad looks for next season and hopefully a dream of reaching Conference League groups. Lets return in October and see where we are. If big improvement we are all happy, if things not going well then a decision needs to be made. COYWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

The last 2 results have been magic and to be in Europe is great achievement. However, we could have had Europe signed and sealed a while back if GA had got team selections, tactics correct. I am still not convinced about him but you know what, I am hoping he has maybe learned a lot also in past 5 months and possibly and hopefully this could be a turning point. I am prepared to give him the summer transfer window and the chance to bring in better quality and hopefully clear out players that are simply not good enough. If come say October no improvement then change is required. Anyway let's all enjoy the moment and prepare for Europe...COYW

New pitch going to cost a lot of money. Looks like sound investment but won't really have much impact on our playing style of hoofball . Anyway that's for another time.....COYW

I agree, yes been poor at times but some of the stick he was getting was ridiculous. If his surname was Soldheim O'Donnell he would have been fine. Hopefully he can prove the doubters wrong

My opinion of him hasn't changed but you know what today is not the day for that .
