  1. Evening folks, I have spent last 24hrs reading lots of posts and yes things not good at moment but let's all get together and have positive outlook. Yesterday I couldn't believe the sheer negativity. Yes I was amazed at ego mcghee's decisions and I ain't his biggest fan but all I want is our club to stay up and move on next season. Also and I know a lot won't agree but the abuse the lineswoman got yesterday at times was crazy. If any of us called someone an a**hole or daft bitch in the street ye wouldn't get away with it. She wasn't reason we lost yesterday. I have been going to Well games since 1977 as a 5yr old when my Dad took me as he was a life long Well fan. I lost my Dad 18months ago and believe you me if I had a choice between having him still here or losing a few games of football I think we can all know what is more important. Things will improve folks and hopefully starting with Killie match...altogether now..CMONNNNNN YEEEEEEE WELLLLLLLLLLLL
  2. Gomis, very composed and confident on the ball
  3. Ego McGhee needs to concentrate on job instead of talking as if he should be in a top job. He hasn't had top job because he isn't good enough. Today he wascso stubborn with not making subs earlier but some fans need to get a bloody grip. Booing players and moaning non stop ain't going to help. On plus side Gomis looks a great addition but jeez we need a right back
  4. No doubt I will get slated as you aren't allowed to comment on fan behaviour but if you take a flare into a game and set it off it is asking for trouble. You can cause a surge which could result in a crush and causing injury. Yep I know other teams let off flares but I am only interested in the mighty Well and how our fans conduct themselves. Every away game seems to have an incident these days but obviously if you comment on that you are accused of over-reacting. oh and by the way...CMON YE WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
  5. McGhee thinks he's best thing sliced bread so time to start proving it when the pressure is now on
  6. Too many players seem to be exempt from being dropped. And playing for a draw is a farce
  7. We are in another relegation dogfight unless they get their cases into gear quick. Seem incapable of beating the teams around us
  8. Cadden for me just ahead of skippy
  9. He is going nowhere, we will let him see out his contract and lose him for nowt!!! That is what we are experts at
  10. Skippy and Faddy were like Chuckle Brothers 'to you to me, to you to me" but hey 5-0 so I won't complain, Dom needs a loan deal to gain match expeience
  11. Tough call as no one outstanding but no one poor, I will go for Stevie H
  12. Was frustrating on Saturday but if someone had told me we would get 10/12 pts from 4 games then I would have taken it...COYW
  13. Tough one, went for Skippy but Ripley's saves were also crucial
  14. I look forward to hearing from all the McGhee doubters tonight. I was not in favour but prepared to give him time, after last week and today I am starting to believe it was the right call but no doubt he will be touting himself for Man U job!!! Heh he
  15. 1st half today as good as I have seen for ages, young Ben Hall a find and front 3 excellent, very encouraging
  16. Like him or not McGhee is making difference, 4pts and 2goals conceded. Starting to make progress and hopefully we all get behind manager and team. COYW
  17. Great result today and hopefully we can get a boost and players get confidence. Also even if you don't like McGhee give him a chance, he is here to improve the team and today is a good start.....CMONNNNNNNNN YEEEEEEE WELLLLLLLLLLLL
  18. Smallest home support I have seen for a while, protest vote?
  19. Have spent last few days reading all the posts it's obvious there is a huge split on McGhee's appointment. I wasn't exactly pleased but I think he will steady the ship and give the players a kick up the backside. In his previous spell the way he touted himself for other jobs was embarrassing but I still can't forget the way he handled the Phil O'Donnell tragedy, he deserves credit for that (and not the embarrassing chants at Pittodrie that day). At end of day if he is still looking for a top job (Which he has no chance of getting) he has to be doing well with us. He will only be linked with jobs if the Well are going great. Been a lot of folk wanting Valakari but that would have been a gamble IMHO, Yes doing well in Finland but Bara had great record in Ireland and look what happened. The main thing is that the Well are succesful and we all need to get behind the manager and players, you don't need to like him but the world would be dull if we liked everyone Grizzlyg......NEWS aT TEN
  20. Just been to Bookies and put on a bet at 3/1 that McGhee will say "y'know" more than 45 times at first press conference
  21. only thing confusing is we had 80 applicants yet it looks like we are appointing McGhee who didn't apply. I hope we keep Robinson on and with Leitch and Craggs helping out you have guys who know what the club is about
  22. It wouldn't matter who we got fans would still have a moan. I think McGhee will be a good appointment. Yes he made mistakes in the past but his handling of Phil O'Donnell situation was incredible and is forgotten by a lot of folk. For anyone who thinks McGhee is poor you should try being in my shoes...I remeber when we had Roger Hynd!!! Jeezzzz COYW!!!!!
