  1. I agree with part about the backing. Definitely has the players on his side. I have been a fan but he does frustrate me and more and more he seems to enjoy the sound of his voice, the word 'summarise' is one he isn't familiar with . The constant yellow and red cards are also becoming a tad tedious. There are folk that just can't accept him and desperate for him to go. I think he needs to adapt playing style but remember we had same with Robinson ( probably worse) and Alexander so it's not as if we have a recent record of attractive football. The McGhee first season 2007/2008 probably the best we had this century
  2. A 1-0 win with danny Armstrong scoring injury time own goal would just be magic!! 🤣🤣
  3. Sounds nervy. Never made it back home till 3.30, weather horrendous in Yorkshire. Maybe I should stay away more often! 🤣
  4. Cheers pal, my bad jokes on road up would melt anything in close proximity 🤣🤣
  5. Down in York and leaving tomorrow morning to head back, forecast not great so play by ear and hopefully make kick off
  6. "Hey Brian, we all need to take ownership, myself included ". Kettlewell post match about a dozen times this season
  7. Defended him most of time but feels like not learning from mistakes....but hey....remember he signed Theo Bair!! 🤣🤣 Ps. Happy birthday to a well legend...but enough about me!!..... Stevie Kirk 62 today
  8. Watched highlights last night, I am still in shock with the SOD and OX double act!! What on earth were they thinking about!!
  9. Mrs grizzly and I away for weekend tomorrow but I am making sure I am back in time to go to the game. I must be bonkers but hopefully the right decision
  10. I ain't confident at all. No Miller so hee haw creativity in midfield. The league is getting tight so genuinely fear us getting dragged into relegation territory. I am really losing faith with Kettlewell, loves sound of his own voice but hee haw tactical awareness
  11. I agree with most points but not with regards to Maswanhise. He was excellent on Sunday. Had been linking up well with Stama
  12. Watching A Bridge Too Far on the telly now. We should get Robert Redford in charge. He knows how to attack the opposition. The way he just took Nijmegen Bridge was sublime 🤪🤪🤪🤪
  13. There are times I will happily defend Kettlewell but performances like this really have me doubting him. And up against a poor Dons side on Sunday....get that script ready
  14. Davor and halliday when we need goals to get back into it, bizarre
  15. We could go 13pts clear of hearts but looking like it will be 7. Another missed opportunity unless massive improvement
  16. Miller and stama injured. Kaleta on bench. COYW
  17. Yup, I just meant a big game for him thrown into old firm match
  18. Butland injured so baptism of fire for Kelly tomorrow . Certainly don't wish him any bad will. He was not great last season but was a good servant to us
  19. Jeez that would be bad and maybe affect January bids but I reckon teams would be looking long term so an injury won't put them off
  20. Hopefully not a bad one. I would expect Sparrow to come in and replace him or maybe nicholson
  21. True, no doubt other fans forums say exact same. With us it always seems we are team you want to play when on a bad run but could be a myth
