There is a lot of back peddling going on from the club following their ridiculous comms earlier in the week. Not before time.

I actually don't think their is anything wrong with booing - at the end of a match. I don't think booing or shouting at players during a game is any use at all. However at the end of a utterly turgid performance, of which we see many, there is nowt wrong showing you displeasure, in my eyes. Others are free to disagree. The ones that baffle me are the ones that stand and applaud at FT when we've been fuckin horsed without so much as a single shot on target and played hoofball all night.

Had Aberdeen had 11 men I would agree but they had 10 men for 45 mins and we never laid glove on them. Given our historical fuck ups against 10 men and our complete inability to keep possession for more than 2 minutes there was plenty to be exasperated about. Frankly I'll always reserve my right to be exasperated at any game and moan like fuck when we play absolute pish. Does that mean I abuse the manager of individual players ? no it doesn't.

I agree I'm not fussed he's gone but the club have been amateurish and been a PR disaster dealing with it. I've felt bored out my tits for nearly 18 months watching his teams. His timing has also been a clusterfuck for us , instead of strengthening in the Jan window we are in complete limbo. Wasnt going to the Celtic game on Sunday if SK had still been there but I'll go now in the hope of seeing a different approach albeit it will end in the usual defeat.

The whole thing has been a clusterfuck from the club. I worked in HR for years. The first thing you do is do an investigation before issue a sweeping statement putting suspicion on everyone. What should have happened is 1. SK should have advised BC when he first became aware of personal abuse. 2. BC should have told SK what support and mitigations would be put in place to ensure he stayed as manager if that is what he truly wanted. Those mitigations should have been a statement issued from the club along the lines "the club have been made aware of personal abuse being directed at SK from a small number of fans located in XXXXX. The club will not tolerate this. Stewards and Security have been alerted and going forward any supporters found to be carrying out such abuse will be ejected from the ground and temporary bans put in place. Repeat offenders will have lifetime bans imposed". but no they just issue a statement saying we have regrettably accepted SK resignation because of abuse from fans. A curse on all our supporters allowing a media feeding frenzy to develop. If the club did offer this solution to SK and he still wanted to resign they should have said so, along the lines of "the club have been made aware of personal abuse being directed at SK from a small number of fans located in XXXXX. The club will not tolerate this. The club offered to put mitigations in place to give SK assurances that this will not go on un-challeged. SK has refused such an offer an we have regrettably accepted his resignation".

I cant understand why , if it was so bad, why SK didn't flag it to Caldwell. All the club would then need to do would be position stewards in the main stand who could eject those involved. When I was at work I used to complain about staff not flagging problems in the workplace until something blew up. Then its a case of trying to get to the bottom of "he said / she said". I told my managers and staff if they wanted something done about issues between staff to flag it up the minute it happens , not 8 months later when someone wants to retrospectively raise a grievance when no bugger knows fuck all about it.

My final thoughts on SK. We have been hearing what a great guy he is how shabbily he's been treated, yet Stephen Frail said he knew nothing about SK intention to resign. Surely if your actions were going to probably cost your assistant their job you'd give them a heads up.

Its not just in recent weeks we have been watching shite for months and a big part of last season too and our Cup efforts last season were laughable, but doesnt fit the media narrative circling the wagons round their pal.

I'm now at the stage I think everything has been discussed to death. With it being football there will be a new story for the media to obsess and spout ill informed bollocks about very shortly. Everything in the last two days is tomorrows chip paper. We will get a new manager and within 2 weeks no one will be thinking about SK. Btw just watching the Wrexham v Stevenage game and the Stevenage commentators have just commented about the moaning of the home support for a team challenging at the top of the table. Update: Half time and Wrexham fans loudly booing their team and they are 3rd and haven't lost a game in 22 matches. . Who have thought it possible.

and last year put out LC by St Mirren in 1st knock out round and SC by Morton in the 4th round playing the same guff we've played for nearly two season but doesnt suit the "last 4 games" nonsense by the media.

aye but Hibs stuck with Terry Butcher until he took them down and frankly I think there is a pretty good chance we could hit the play off spot in 3/4 weeks if SK stayed , we may still do but just imagine if we get a new manager bounce the season could end very well. Time will tell.

Steven Craigan is the only one in the " Media Gang" who has actually taken time to look beyond the banal, lazy shite journalism of "they are 5th, been in a semi final, what do Motherwell fans expect" You could tell all season that he's basically seen us for what we are, thought we are shite and couldnt see what were were trying to do tactically, without actually saying we are rank rotten.

Correct , I never felt like going home after 15 mins of every game when SR was manager. had his faults but no way was it as brutal and as utterly boring as its been under SK.

He's gone now, we can argue til the cows come home the rights and wrongs, changes nothing now. Onwards and hopefully upwards and an end to the eye bleeding pish we've been watching.
