I actually don't agree we couldn't afford his wage. On £7 grand a week it would cost £150,000 until season end. I don't have any doubt we could find that type of money but should we with the inherent risks .. no , not for me.

If they have plenty strikers why are they spending seven grand a week on KVV, they obviously don't think too highly of what they have. I think he will come on as a sub.

Yes the loss of one million quid will include the cost of financing the loan. The spend of £1 million quid on the pitch did not cause a £1 million pound loss. At most the cost of financing that £1 million pound pitch was £50,000 per annum on the 20 year interest free loan -apologies had to correct my previous figure. The cost up front of £1 million for the pitch came from the £3.5 million quid loan that was sitting in the clubs accounts. Folk can dress it up any way they like but the cost of the renovations are insignificant in terms of the operating loss.

I can assure you a loan is not a loss. There are not a set of accounts on the planet that show a loan as a loss, well except Donald Trumps accounts. The only contributing factor to any loss would be the outgoings to finance the loan. In this case I.e £50,000 a year (£1 million / by 20 years) You cannot attribute a twenty years cost to one years accounts.

It goes back longer than that mate. Our home crowds have been stuck at 3500 /4000 for years and years.

We are long over due it but doesn't mean it will happen. We just need to get the club stable again. Get some decent money for Lennon Miller and get ourselves sorted out. If we come through the next 6 months there's no reason to think we can't put the shambolic last 2/3 years behind us.

Perfectly acceptable no one should be putting money into the club if they can't afford it , the problem is there will be Motherwell fans who can afford it but won't go.

My biggest gripe is St Mirren and Killie benefitting from better league positions and performances and it's reflected in their grounds. If they were having shite seasons they'd be down around our attendances. However if we were sitting 3rd our home crowds would be lucky to rise 500 a game.

People do also forget he did go through a barren spell so there are no guarantees. However will be a certainty we will give him his first goal on Saturday

Yes they are open your eyes. When we go there we fill three quarters of the away stand. The only clubs that do are St Jane Livi. So you must believe they are falsifying their crowds please tell us why and don't give us for tax shite.

Exactly too many of our fans are in denial. Both St Mirren and Killie have larger fan base than we have both have managed to increase them whereas ours remains static. Please none of this bollocks about fake crowds and Freebie's without the slightest shred of proof. This is a big problem for us our complete inability to get the home support above 3500/4000.

I Keep hearing this pish all the time their attendance are fake. Produce the slightest evidence that the case, same with the push all their tickets are freebies.. produce the evidence . You only need to look at their games on TV the ground their ground holds 8000 and it's regularly three quarters full.

It's a question for the club to answer. Not the fact we didn't get him , that's fair enough but clubs if a similar size being able to offer double something very iffy if true.

Maybe not be would anyone be surprised... Sky are currently reporting St Mirren currently in talks with Gronigen so I don't think it's wildly off the mark.
