  1. He's never been as bad as some of our boo boys would have you believe. He went through some sticky patches but he always gives 100% and frankly deserves credit for sticking with it when some might have stuck two fingers up when he got pelters.
  2. No surprise to me 😜Hearts were the shite I said they were. I take nothing away from us today though. Our work rate was outstanding. The defence were solid only wee blip when we stood off them for 15 mins. Had it not been for Craig Gordon we'd have pumped them 5 or 6 - 1. Halliday had an excellent first half and Stephen O'Donnell put in some shift for a man of his age. Wilson was outstanding. No failures anywhere in what was probably the best footballing performance we've put in months.
  3. I've just got a feeling about this one that we can win this. I'm generally on the "glass half empty" side of things. I've seen all Hearts games and they don't impress me. It will be difficult but I get the sense our defence is better this year ( yeah I know kiss of death). I'm going for a victory by a single goal margin. Watched Dundee Utd v St Johnstone today. Fuck me Utd are utter pish how the fuck they won that game 2-0 I'll never know.
  4. I agree, when I listen to them its just sounds like the "angels" in the Green Brigade who are always the victims. There is no doubt the Guys in E Block do add to the atmosphere and try and liven it up but I've seen plenty incidents where they act like complete arseholes in and outside the ground and the minute police and stewards intervene we get "Heavy Hands Empty Stands" I must be an odd supporter, I've managed to go home and away for 46 years, been pished on a few trips but have never been so much as looked at by the police or the stewards, wonder why they don't pick on me ?? they have had 46 years to do it and you'd think if the police / stewards / club apparently target people for nothing I would have had some sort of altercation in the approx 2100 games I've attended.
  5. All is not well in Section E. Anyone have any details what the gripe is. From what I can see E Block think the Club just want to ban guys for no reason. that cant be right surely? https://x.com/BlockE2019/status/1827251139059818955
  6. Another potential incoming https://x.com/LatestRovers/status/1826604872617353653

  8. ah my mistake , my apologies to all for talking shite, not for the first time.
  9. we must have been t different places lol , we were there at 1pm and there were plenty seats and tables where we were. Are we talking about the same place. The area across the road from the club offices outside the 100 clubr
  10. I was in it on Sunday and there were easily 10/12 tables to seats 6 at each table.
  11. Was in it on Sunday and yeah it was good, suspect with our climate opportunities to use it will be limited.
  12. If anyone thinks the Rangers fans do as much damage to Fir Park they are utterly delusion if not blind. I'm no lover of Rangers I despise them but Celtic are without doubt the most destructive fans we ever host.
  13. At least they look like they can defend , thats an improvement on last year.
  14. Many of the seats in the lower tier still looked damaged following the Celtic Scum visit. Anyone know if thats the case.
  15. yeah they didn't start but came on and still did fuck all, Hearts got worse when they brought their "top men" on
  16. Not if they play like they played against Falkirk , they were shite.
  17. I tend to be a bit like that , there are positives. Even at 11v11 the 4th best team in the league last season created fuck all against us. Last season wed have chucked a couple in for them.
  18. My Tuppence worth: We are through against a Premier league team at home for the first time in a long time, Happy Days. Thought the defence were pretty decent throughout even when Killie had 11 on the park. Maswanhise looks like he could be a real asset to us. McGinn was outstanding despite a couple of rash ones late on. SOD did well forus as did Lennon Miller. Watt did a turn for us. Midfield still not strong enough. Didn't create anything when it was 11 v 11 , that said neither did Kilmarnock. Halliday just doesn't do it for me, nor Robinson. Our set pieces are woeful. Attendance from the home support was utterly pitiful. Those who booed Tony Watt please tell me what good you think that does? thankfully in the minority and were drowned out by the majority still but still pathetic. All in All in the Cup all you ask is to get through, we did it, and got another home tie avoiding the OF so all in all a few positives but still plenty room for improvement.
  19. I'd like to think most Motherwell fans will give him the chance he seeks. I have my views on him but hes a Motherwell player now and for that alone I'll support him , albeit I wont be taken in by any badge kissing LOL.
  20. This game will give us an idea if we are as poor as some think or maybe better than some think. Kilmarnock have been utter pish in all their games this season. Be interesting to see if for once , in what seems like an eternity, we can turn up in a Cup game at FP against Premier league opposition.
  21. Correct the idea that we didn't put him through the necessary fitness tests before he was selected is frankly ridiculous. All players have to prove their fitness before selection.
  22. I admire his bottle , I'm just not sure he is up to it. That said if he dumps Kilmarnock out the Cup on Sunday all negativity will evaporate but he has a hard task to manage it.
  23. He's here now the only thing now to judge him on is what he does on the park, we've all had our say about his history and our views on him personally and all of use will never agree, its all about on the park now.
