If it all happens as he's saying we can have no complaints he's treating the club and fans with respect although a big loss we cannot grudge him his big pay day
-
Read a couple of rumours online that KVV off to Aberdeen. That would be a major disappointment. I don't like players going to other Scottish clubs to come back and damage us.
-
I was sitting behind someone eating a dinner pie, it smelt revolting, mind you I can't even go into a kebab shop because of the smell of that dog meat on the rotary.
-
Don't think I've ever seen Motherwell cruise to victory at 1-0 🫣
-
Hopefully neither Lammie or Mugabi will make up the central defensive partnership. Their time with us should be up.
-
Was curious to see how many points we wouldnt have got had KVV not scored. I realise that games could potentially have panned out differently but just on the cold hard stat of removing all his goals from our fixtures would have seen us 15 points worse off that we are now. Relegation certainties. A big void to fill in the summer.

The VAR delay put us right off our stride. However it's still a game we should easily have won 4-0. Kilmarnock are utter shite. Though I dearly love to relegate Dundee Utd on the last day of the season.

I hate any strip we have with white shorts.
-
You are not alone after 40 years and youve seen about every script Motherwell can offer. I totally relate to what youve said.
-
With our static piss poor support we cannot keep prices as they were.
-
We must surely have to move on a shed load of players as our squad is too big.
-
That's almost certainly the case. If he rated him he'd play him. I don't rate him, others will disagree but its about opinions
-
Even by our standards to shoot ourselves in the foot to lose all 5 games would be unsurpassed in our history of fuck ups. if we approach our remaining games as we have been doing the worst I expect is 2 wins.
-
I seriously detest that cunt. I'd airbrush him out of every Motherwell Team Photograph with him in it. A horrible horrible bastard

Id like to think so but I've supported Motherwell too long to relax. I remember us being 15 points clear of Dunfermline at the bottom of the league and we only avoided the play off on the last day. Being a Motherwell fans means always expecting the floor to fall from under you. -

I think the nervousness of many stems from the fact its a given we will lose next week. However if two of the bottom three both lose next week too then one win in the last 5 will see us safe. With a bit of luck the fixtures will give our first split game at home to Kilmarnock or Ross County and not away to Dundee Utd. -

I've supported Motherwell long enough to think its quite easy for us to go into the split 5 points off the play off place. We will defo lose to Celtic if the other three lose their games I'd quite happily think we are safe we'd only need one win in the last 5 to realistically be safe. We've played 17 games at home so if I recall they try to ensure everyone has 19 home games, we would therefore be at home to Kilmarnock and Ross County and away to the other 3, if Livingston remain in the bottom 6. Still some stressful games to come. -

I just cant help remembering the game when St Mirren had to win at Motherwell to have any chance of staying up. We were 2-0 up and they beat us 3-2. John Sutton destroying us. I am kinda hopeful but being Motherwell I would not be surprised in the slightest if they beat us. -
Agree 100%.. Although over my 45 years watching football home and away I always find Football fans of all clubs are fabulous at playing the victim card even when they are clearly in the wrong.

Kilmarnock 25 Pts Hearts (H) Aberdeen (A) Celtic (H) St Mirren (A) Ross County 24 Pts Celtic (H) St John (A) Aberdeen (H) Hearts (A) Dundee Utd 22 Pts Rangers (A) Hibs (H) Motherwell (A) Livingston (H) Us 30 Pts Hibs (A) Livingston (H) Dundee Utd (H) Celtic (A) I think we will get 5 points max puts us on 35 Pts I think Kilmarnock will get 3 points max puts them on 28 Pts I think Ross County will get 2 points max puts them on 26 Pts I think Dundee Utd will get 4 points max puts them on 26 Pts if it pans out like that I don't see any of them overhauling 7/9 points on us in the last 5 games especially when everyone cuts one another's throat in the head to heads. However we need at least one win from the two homes games, a point in the other and a point at ER. If we lose at ER we really need to win both home games. Still very edgy..

There is something very odd there, either our groundsman was pished when he was lining the pitch or the VAR camera angle is a mile out. The VAR line should be parallel to the 18 yard box line.
-
Yep apart from our result it could have been a lot worse . The other 3 had games they need to be winning to catch us and all three failed. When we play Hibs at Easter Road Dundee Utd go to Ibrox and Killie at home to Hearts. Looks like the two home games against Dundee Utd and Livi could be our defining moment.
-
There were positives today but fuck me Slattery and Cornelius are a piss poor midfield pairing. Kelly did fuck all to improve his Scotland starting line up chances.

I remember that run so well. I started supporting Motherwell in 1975 and clearly being astonished when we actually beat them. We also had an horrendous run against Dundee Utd , I think it was 10 seasons we never beat them which ended on a midweek fixture at Fir park when we beat them 2-0. Although in that run we were out the top division for 3 seasons.
