  1. oh well the expected pumping will feel twice as bad for you
  2. Cant argue with the results but the standard of play would make your eyes bleed , utter pish. I sincerely hope when he builds his own team they play bugger all like the shite we are watching every week.
  3. If we win our next 3 we are on 50 points if St Mirren draw tonight and win their next 3 they are on 50 with a far superior goal difference.
  4. I know that but the permutation of results to put us in the play offs aint gonna happen , we are safe.
  5. we are safe id rather see St Mirren below us
  6. Im seriously fed up watching the utter shite dished up every week. Its eye bleeding guff
  7. I know but id take a defeat to Kilmarnock if they won all their games and St Mirren lost all theirs that would St Mirren the play off spot.
  8. Lets just hope for a run of results that puts St Mirren in the play off spot.
  9. This shite would put you off football for life. Absolutely garbage.
  10. I'd need to goo back and look from memory the attendance werent really altered it was the increase in Revenue from streaming. Ill see if I can find the article again.
  11. I think there could be potential for increased income from home fans but I think the real potential is with away fans.
  12. Sorry get your point now. However Hearts have 15,000 season ticket holders if we stream games you are looking at a few thousand subscribers ditto Aberdeen and Hibs even if actual attendee numbers drop. If it worked for the Dutch league why not for Scottish Football... again playing devils advocate.
  13. So would you rather see 400 fans come from Aberdeen and same Hibs / Hearts and the club continue to have static revenue streams when streaming would get get money of thousands of them? Not on a crusade just playing devils advocate.
  14. Thats not how it turned out in the Netherlands
  15. I think you will find streaming prices will rises rather than gate prices come down.
  16. Even when a similar model revolutionised the finances of the Dutch league?
  17. yeah but what is really strange is the quality of stream from almost every club is better than Motherwell get , why is that with the same company.
  18. I see the SPFL have agreed with Sky that live streaming all SPFL games can continue next season excluding Sky's live Broadcast games, even if fans are back in grounds. Doncaster has said response to streaming has been magnificent. Seems its dawned on the SPFL the streaming service is very lucrative. Typically as with all things SPFL change is forced upon them. They looked at streaming all top flight games about 6 years ago when there was doubt over a Sky deal. They looked at a similar model the Dutch chose which brought millions into their game but as usual they shat it and ran to Sky for a complete pittance. Maybe one day the ruling body will do something that's innovative and isn't forced upon them, rehashed from the 70s, tried and failed already or merely copying what happens in England.
  19. fair enough, but thats why I said it wasnt impossible but still unlikely
  20. Id need to disagree i thought we played well when we won 2-0. Streets ahead of the dross we seem to get every week now.
  21. not impossible but extremely unlikely cos we are pish.
  22. Likewise I really hate the "we are not Barcelona " pish .... as if we are expecting to be anything like Barcelona. If St Mirren and St Johnstone can win two cups in my lifetime why can't Motherwell.-
  23. cant say I'm disappointed that half of them didn't want to be with us , hope that that has grown to three quarters. Cant wait to see the back of most of them.
  24. I never saw Alexander say that , if he did you've got to wonder what went wrong with Robinson.
  25. i say that every week and they manage to prove that viewpoint wrong. We are an utter shambles.
