I don't agree, most certainly I don't want us to get relegated but I've seen Motherwell relegated twice and frankly once the disappointment of the relegation season is over. Life in the lower league the next season takes over and normality returns. When you boil it down what is the difference playing St Mirren at Motherwell than Falkirk , Dunfermline or Ayr Utd.. in reality bugger all. We like everyone else invariably just make up the numbers in the SPFL. We will never win it and the times we get European football we are out on our arse before you blink. The biggest fear relegation gives me is the future of the club. As a fan owned club of very limited means lower league football is catastrophic in terms of cash but the matchday experience aint much different.

We fancy our chances when we aint playing like a collective bunch of fannies. They have shown absolutely nothing this season to give the average supporter the slightest reason to believe they won't make an arse of it. Its frankly unimportant whether the fans fancy our chances or not , that attitude is more important in the players heads. They may themselves fancy their chances. I have zero confidence in them to share that view.

We will most certainly lose on Wednesday .We don't have the bottle or the players to go there and win. We are still showing the same cack efforts we were in week one. We will at best get one point from the next 3 games and that will be damn near fatal.

Exactly been screaming it for months, middle to front we are utter piss and continue to be so. All it generally takes is one goal to beat us because we are so ineffective up front and frankly no permutation of forwards is going to change that on the supply they get.

yeah people seem to be looking at last 3 games thinking there's been an improvement , no there hasn't we've done well in patches in many games this season and then shoot ourselves in the foot. Nothing has changed. Ross County in Dingwall played well enough to win ... lost Dundee United at Fir Park played well enough to win ...lost St Mirren at Fir Park played well enough to win .. lost Kilmarnock at Fir Park played well enough to win .. lost St Mirren at Paisley played well enough to win ... draw Dundee Untied horsed them at Tannadice ... draw Hibs at Easter Road horsed them ... draw Accies at Fir Park played well enough to win ... lost This pattern including the last 3 games has been the same all season.

We were still one nil down with 11 and not converting any of our chances. We are the only team in the league thats lost every game after going 1-0 down. We have been pish all season and we continue to be pish. That squad are taking us down unless real changes happen this month.

I agree Carroll has done nothing so far that makes me think hes up to much. however now hes injury free time will tell.

Id hunt long a petulant wee waster. We need to sharpen up our possession football. Even when not pressurised we give the ball away far too easily. We don't lay it off with the easy ball , instead we piss about trying to beat 3 or 4 men an invariably give the ball away. Campbell and Crawford particularly bad for that.. The service from midfield to the forwards is piss poor and something we need to remedy soon. Its frightening to think we are only 10 games from the split and we are still in the mire. Sure great defensively today but we need to win at least 5 or 6 out the next 15 or we are going down.

Anyone know if O'Hara was injured today or just dropped altogether

thats our problem in possession our distribution is mostly dreadful and we give possession away time and again even when all it takes is a simple pass or lay off.
