Hes certainly quicker and stronger, but a better defender and positional sense ? Have to question that aspect, hes all over the place at times.

Hes just another summer signing that has not shown enough. Yes he has technical ability and he does put himself about but his contribution to this season has been pretty poor overal. He is definitely the type of player that as you say suits a certain style of play and its not us and never will be on my view. Hes a luxury we cant afford.

Sorry I just dont get what people see in Bigirimana, I actually think he was one of the poor summer signings. Yes he occasionally has an impact coming off the bench but is he honestly ever going to be good enough to hold down a first team place ? I just dont see it.

Im with you on that one. Hammell may not be as athletic but hes a better defender and can actually pass.

I was surprised so many posters thought Rangers winning was a forgone conclusion, we should have stood a real chance tonight. The Accy game is real pressure now and sadly I can see the crowd starting to turn on Robinson should we lose. Still think we should give him time to turn it around but just as aware in the real footballing world that rarely happens and patience wears thin very quickly.

Its worth remembering though just how bad Rangers can be. St Johnstone, I team no better than ours beat them very comfortably at Ibrox not that long ago and Killy played them off the park. If its Celtic yes, but this Rangers team ?

Im not sure we have the luxury of writing any game off just now. I think its highly likely we will lose but Accies are just as capable of beating us on their day. I would still like to see us try and push Rangers.

Personally I would say lets look at what this seasons expectations and criteria were at boardroom and fan levels. For me it was a decent cup run and survival, I was not looking at anywhere near top six so if we do that im happy. Have to say I was pretty sceptical about his appointment and not overly impressed by some of his summer signings in the pre season friendlies but he's surpassed my expectations. I hope hes given the season regardless, then if we only just survive maybe his position needs to be looked at. If we are in real danger of relegation the pressure will be on before that but I honestly still think with all our main players fit we have more than enough to end up safe.

We were very lucky to get a point today with a number of players clearly not match fit. God we miss Moult, Bowman is lost without him and we really have no one on the books to replace him in the formation that works for us. Big challenge coming up for Robinson now, Rangers are still odds on to win the game against us even though they are very limited, they wont have forgotten the semi final and their fans are going to be buying for blood. Big January window coming up I think and thats going to define the season.

Yep, wonderful one minute then you did not realise he was still on the field the rest of the game. His influence on games was incredibly limited most of the time but he could always impress just enough because of his undoubted technical ability. Along with McDonald a tinge of sadness when they left but still the realisation we needed others that would benefit the team moving forward.

They have, but in general clubs that make knee jerk reactions like that regret it pretty quickly, are we honestly that daft given he was close to the messia a month ago ? Thats straying into Rangers and Celtic territory where you lose a game and the world has caved on.

In my view we over achieved the first part of the season with the advantages of few injuries to key players. The whole quality in depth was never really true or tested because it never needed to be. Its been mentioned a few times that the summer signings were on the whole good ones but clearly when actually needed to step up to the plate they have been found wanting. Its a lower mid table squad which given the probable budget is about right. If we finish around that mid table or slightly lower position along with the cup final thats a good season.

Im struggling to see us been relegation quality with the return of out better players. We will badly miss Moult but there is still easily enough quality in the team. The biggest risk is a collapse in confidence.

But have they lost the whole spine of their team, we have probably our top four players out if you include Moult. I never really believed in the whole strength in depth talk, no team at our level money wise can afford to lose just about all its top players and cope and that on the top of a very hard run of games has been just too much. Robinson is probably going to go from hero to zero very quickly if we dont turn this around quickly but I still dont believe its as bad as it looks just now.

So no chance because its Motherwell ?

Have Preston not just signed a proven striker under contract in the January window ?

I think in fairness when looking at individual players I would not be judging them against a team full of players on a totally different level. As we all know Celtics playing budget is massive and the real judgement should be against teams on a similar level to ours. We match up very well on that basis and im given the limitations budget wise were doing ok.

It was always on the cards today and personally its the scoreline I was expecting. Celtic have the strength in depth and lets be honest putting aside the controversy of the last couple of games they are still head and shoulders above everyone else. We move on and I fully expect us to beat a very poor Hearts team next week who are in disarray at home.

As above. We all know the odds are against us big style with this one. But we are more than capable of getting points off Hearts next week.

Personally I think its time to move on. Still a huge amount to play for including another shot at making Hampdon again. Im pretty confident we would win it this time against any other team bar Celtic.
