  1. Always a horrible game and certainly one I don’t mind missing. Never easy but Livi have gone backwards slightly so no reason we can’t pick up a point or two. It surely can’t be any worse than our performance there last time which had me thinking I would be happy to never attend another game at the place.
  2. I would suggest that’s because Bevis was not playing.
  3. On that form Watt is a player with real talent, but I don’t think that’s ever been in doubt. It’s in his hands as it’s always been.
  4. I think Rangers are the one’s with the option to take him back, I think it’s fairly obvious they won’t be taking that up. Best thing for Hastie would be a move to a Championship/league one club where he would do well and get some confidence back. He’s not a Premiership level player, never was really.
  5. That’s the thing but I do worry that at times that’s happening, same thing as every young player that’s comes through the youth ranks should be getting a chance regardless. I loved Aldred and Moult, Tait was hardly a mug, Kipre was going nowhere, all not too shabby for lower, none league , and out of contract players. I really like Carroll and look forward to seeing him again, McGinley shows promise in my view. There is good and bad at every level, just about finding the right players regardless of the level, they are playing at.
  6. I think McGinley just needs time, he’s spent more time injured than playing but there are certainly signs he’s not a dud signing.
  7. How are you getting on ? Good to read posts on here from you again.
  8. 3-0 we should be fine. That’s what 3 wins out of the last four league games.
  9. We’ve got staff positive and others isolating in our department that we never had earlier this year, from what we’re seeing we’re going to see more games called off regardless until they call time on the season. Too slow in dealing with the changes that were needed and some very poor decision making across the UK is coming back to bite us.
  10. I think there is every possibility we won’t see the season out. Covid continues to rise and we are not even into the flue season yet and it’s only going to get worse. A full lockdown is only a couple of weeks away.
  11. I don’t really see what more the club can do, it’s not like it only happens at Motherwell is it ?

Gallagher is a very good player at this level regardless, he’s not had the best of starts but who has.
  13. It’s always difficult, you can’t force players to sign new contracts and many supporters would actually rather see young players get more games in for the club rather than leaving earlier for a transfer fee. One of those that the club will always get stick for whatever they do. At least Hastie gets less of a mention these days.
  14. I would agree, we’ve certainly seen that Long can be effective give given the right service but this season it’s left a lot to be desired.
  15. I also have my doubts that he’s really what we need right now, as with yourself hope to be proven wrong. With Campbell probably on the way out we need to be bringing in two or three decent players over the next couple of weeks.
  16. Well that’s one off the payroll, hard to see what they have seen in him this season given it’s still premiership level.
  17. Yep, he’s hardly played a game and in my view done very little wrong, I don’t get how he’s already a terrible player.
  18. It’s amazing how these players have suddenly improved after leaving us. Tait could not get in the team and was done. Hartley was a hoofball, carthorse who was also as good as done after the injury, McHugh was simply useless, not my words but the sort of comments on here from a few. How have they suddenly turned into leaders that drive the team forward, they all took dogs abuse at times.
  19. Just about everyone in every division from the top flight right down to the lowlands league. Season tickets at Rangers/Hamilton/PartickThistle.
  20. Ah ok, so none of his signings over the last 3 years have been ok, he had nothing to do with those players coming through, giving them that chance and developing them. Or of course improving players that he inherited. Absolutely no credit due for anything. Good luck to our next manager then, he’s going to need it.
  21. If he “ continually signs players who aren’t good enough” how have we not been relegated ?
