Did the club change the bonus structure? Seems that we won a lot a few yrs ago, and the club allegedly paid out a lot in bonus money those seasons. Has this changed and therefore effort levels dropped? The past 2x selections have been fine in my opinion, but no results.

Jackson Irvine - Crying out for a player like him! Terrible team selection today: dropping players that performed and provided optimism (Kennedy, Chalmers); the weakest fullbacks in the league, furthermore the weakest midfield two. We can't play out from defence, we can't play through central midfield, many players don't compete or hustle as they should. I actually think we got Ross County in an off week for them; even at that we needed Moult to nick us a point in injury time. At the start of any season I would be banking on this game as a stick on for 3points at home. Hopefully numerous changes for next week

I don't think anyone is digging at Theo; his strike rate and promise of pace are very welcome.From my perspective, the club have brought other players much earlier, such as Clarkson, who based on what most have seen so far is not likely to get much gametime and while we don't know the commercials of his deal, it's probably not too unfair to say it would be better having 1 of the wages deployed in the weaker areas.
