Quite a few of the previous years heroes were rewarded with 1 or 2 year contracts and I don't think any of the players are giving a return on them! We cut Faddy; should have done it with Reid, Kerr, Ramsden, Mcmanus, Lasley and Ainsworth. McCall wasn't up to the rebuilding job and thought he could get away with the same old players, but unfortunately other teams caught up and got better. I'm still astonished we got 2nd place last season...Albion Rovers done us ffs!! Barraclough needs to be ruthless and own this, I know the Gannon bit was mentioned about snubbing the seniors and it backfiring, but we can't trust them any longer. Difficult times require difficult decisions.

Never liked the way Black talked up Hearts and encouraged Sutton to go. Was always going to be working his ticket when he failed to get the permanent managers post. A manager really needs to pick his supporting cast, so can fully understand todays outcome. Thanks Kenny, wish you the best.

It wasnt money being piled on that caused a review and market to close...a few thousand pound or so at evens wouldn't give any bookie a sweat. Wise up! The traders who would be assigned to monitor the 'motherwell manager market' would have been finishing shift, and not exactly a market for any bookie to prioritise resource on through the night. Re-opened this morning when trading team assigned that market (along with thousands of others in the category) are back in to monitor.

The betting markets close most nights as the traders are not around to accept and lay off all bets. Think many folk may have been duped here, and the daily record article was a lot of pish. The odds on other candidates have been much much shorter than Van Der Gaag and Barraclough! Trust me, there's no bookies going to lose sleep tonight.

O'brien has been unsuccessful with us, he will go back to parent club. Ojamaa is going to Hibs in January 2 contracted from first team squad will be encouraged to move on in January. New manager will bring in 4 players in January.
