Whole structure of club has to change. We're run by amateurs in committees, voting on every micro decisions. Need to change model and get investment if any out there. Otherwise we will continue to get disjointed inappropriate recruitment on playing side not matching to coaching side. Other clubs of similar size are surpassing us. Now down to 8th for now and every team below us looks better.

I think the 3 you talk about have potential as they all are young and still developing and have degree of talent to work on. I know all 3s form has not been great but that's same for whole team
