  1. I'd agree with that...the witch hunt mentality though is beyond a fucking joke.
  2. I think we are all getting our knick-knacks in a twist about very, very little in the grand scheme of things to be honest. From what I gather, the boy who chucked the pie was 14 years old...we've got people calling him all sorts of names all over social media, and folk calling for life bans. He's a wean, thats made a mistake, and I doubt he'll do it again.
  3. Of course it is...doesn't make throwing stuff right though.
  4. I don't think I've defended the throwing of anything to be fair...just trying to work out why the angry fella is so angry
  5. Tavernier stole around 10 yards to take the throw in...maybe thats what the angry fella is shouting about?
  6. I think we're clutching at straws by trying to justify a man of the match yesterday to be totally honest...one or two were average, the rest were awful
  7. Our performance yesterday had the feeling of, 'job done for the season' about it...I'm actually considering avoiding the last 5 matches, if our players don't give a shite, then why should I bother my arse?
  8. Aye correct, he shouldn't have passed the ball to Turnbull...however, I'd have liked Turnbull to have protected it better, or boot it to fuck for a throw-in rather than allow the h*n to take it off him. I also felt Turnbull was very weak in his efforts for goal number 3.
  9. Fucking hate these cunts...and with Morelos and Kent out, surely we have a right good chance to get it right up them. Hopefully Gillespie manages to make it.
  10. Funnily enough, I was told on Sunday that he was going to Atlanta and then being loaned back to Aberdeen. I completely disregarded the Atlanta bit and assumed that he was signing for Aberdeen outright.
  11. A pretty turgid match really, and while we were certainly the better team, and the only one trying to play any sort of fitba', I'm not sure that we deserved a 3-0 victory. The last 20mins were great to watch...the previous 70mins, not so much. I'd drop Hastie for our next two matches, either his head has gone completely with all the transfer talk or his purple patch has come to a shuddering halt as other sides are now aware of his abilities. Considering we play two teams that are currently discussing pre-contracts with him, I'd be dropping him to the bench.
  12. Dunne and Aldred were the two best on the park for me...both full backs struggled against their wingers, but the two centre backs were excellent.
  13. If I was a scout that watched Hastie at the weekend, I'd be telling my boss that he isn't anywhere near ready for a move yet. Hibs showed him onto his right foot and he was fucking lost
  14. Hibs thoroughly deserved their win on Saturday...we were dugmeat, all over the park. The singling out of Main for criticism is farcical though. Our full-backs played their poorest game in months, our midfield 3 were totally dominated, while our wingers were just garbage.
  15. Null vote for me...every one shite
  16. I read his autobiography and it was glowing in his fondness for the Club he supported as a boy
  17. I'm thinking this way as well...the top6 is only a financial benefit to us. I know finances are obviously of huge importance and I can understand the Club wanting to 'achieve' that 6th place, but for me, finishing 6th of the 6 teams is just fucking shite as a spectical, I'm sure there was one year we finished in the top6, but were so far behind the other 5 clubs that we got fucked in our final 5 matches. Giving some of our youngsters more match experience against the lower end teams and hopefully winning, could be just as valuable as that extra income in the long run. That, and we'd have the possibility of being involved in relegating Accies...
  18. He cannae sign anything until hes had a medical with the Club in question...he'll be starting at Easter Road
  19. The first half was outstanding, controlled, assured, and as big a 45min-boabying as you're likely to see... ...second half was a disappointment, but not surprising.
  20. I'm just reading between the lines with my comment on P&B...from what I know (and its all 3rd and 4th hand stuff), I can't think of any other reason than we are more than happy to accept the development fee
  21. A couple of grand a week IS life-changing money, if managed correctly. I'd surmise that he'll be on £300 a week at Fir Park just now, we've probably offered to double that as hes now a 1st teamer...Rangers come along offer him a 3year deal on £3000 a week and a £50k signing on bonus. Thats a £500,000 contract and very much set up for life, if he isn't a halfwit.
  22. It might not be that we need the money, but feel that we should be cashing in on a player that is having a purple patch
