ooft Lamie was sold cheaply there - good save Kelly

completely with you. Ohara for me has proven to be spot on. If we're going to play with hard working battling midfields then we should play 3 at the back and push Carrol and S OD into wingbacks.
-
great point about some players don't work out a certain clubs. Personal view , I don't rate Crawford, he's no better than the likes of Grimmy. I'd rather we let those making up the numbers go and look to build a better starting 11.
-
Thanks all , I thought he was a loanee. Be good to see him get a few games under his belt, he looked accomplished and comfortable on the ball.
-
Foley passed the ball well and also sitting deep enabled Campbell to move up the park. Would like to see more of him, shame he's not eligible on Sat. Thought Dec was excellent and very happy to see him back in a Well shirt, playing well. SOD is also much better moving forward. Having a back 3 and pushing him further up the park is worth pursuing.

He's got a lot of talent and had an excellent first season with us. I feel for him in as much as he's not the type of player who's suited to tracking back or winning physical battles. For whatever reason it's not worked out for him and us this season. He's been villianised as someone who doesn't try or deliberately got sent of. In reality he's it's more likely that he's got frustrated, fallen out of form and no way real way back into the team. Hope it works out for him at his next club.

enjoyed listening to Watt today and getting a sneak peak inside what's going on with the squad.

cracking goal

has Crawford been brought in to replace our frustration at Grimmies lack of ability to pass and find a team mate.
-
significant lack of quality - we can't find our men. Lawless has been reasonable. Probably a day for Polworth to get a game.
-
I'd have rather we spent the 50-100k to bring in some great Scottish talent who could earn us more money in a few years time vs splashing out salaries on 30 first team players. Im not expecting us to go crazy but look at Campbell - someone will pick him up for buttons but he'll earn more on a Hibs/Aberdeen type salary than a Motherwell one. We could be doing the same for some players who'd see Motherwell as a step up and that doesn't need to be the lower English leagues.
-
completely agree - it's hardly a significant tactical advantage over other clubs to keep it quiet. Just give us a basic understanding of those injured/ill. A 2 minute update on the website isn't a big ask. The lack of communication from the club is what leaves us jumping to conclusions. O'Hara and Grimmy - I've no clue what's wrong with them and why they've been out for such a sustained period of time.
-
I'd be happy with a back 3. Gallagher, Mugabi, Lamie (or Mginley or Magloire)
-
Our club is going backwards and complete agree about eye bleeding . We should be picking up some of the very decent youngsters from the likes of Hamilton and using a little of the £3m turnbull to invest in better than what we’ve got . not impressed by the club and not impressed by GA either .
-
Crawford has signed an extension. A hard working player with limited talent. Not good enough for Livingston has been quoted as an integral part of our team. This has been one of the worst and least enjoyable seasons I can recall. My enthusiasm for next season isn't getting any stronger. Meh

looks like majority of fans will be happy with this one. Can't say Im that enthralled , not a starting 11 player for me but good luck to him.
-
I dont understand why we play as a back 4 for Kilmarnock S’od was pushed forward - was excellent for Scotland he’s pushed forward and is excellent but we play as a flat back 4 and .... id like to see us play the 3 -4-1-2 formation - I think we’d be much better for it and we’d get a lot from from O’Donnell
-
Completely agree and respect GA for not putting him straight back in the team. The club would have had a bit of stick if we'd let him go in Jan but with the benefit of hindsight goggles , it would have been the better option. Felt quite satisfying to see that he got dropped from the National side .

this was a great watch - well done lads for outlining how far society has to go.
-
Normally I'd be delighted and proud to see any 'Well player get a start for their country but on this occasion it was just that he didn't get a game. I would like to see him finish the rest of his tenure at FP on a high though and have him back to his best for the remaining 5 games.

Happy days - we've won a few 6pm games, I'll take this as a good omen.
-
I worry for Carson - suspect his career is over due to injuries. Kelly for another year on loan please would be excellent.
-
Did we actually sign Nolan or just make it all up - proof of life is required .
-
Personal view is there's something (perhaps several things) not right at the club , potentially goes beyond having poor players. Several of the very decent players haven't been contributing anywhere near their level (Campbell, Gallagher for example) Several of the ever presents have gone missing without any real explanation (O'Hara, Grimmy) Everything looks pretty lacklustre. Over the years there's been family feel and everyone involved spoke very highly of the club - not sold that's how it feels just now.
-
that suggests a lack of ability to get players to do what the manager wants them to do. Not a great sign.
