Im not sure how Motherwell are in such a bad way that we need outside investment when there are such titans of the financial industry on this forum. Lets make our mind up when we see what the WS have to offer against this offer. Granted, on the face of it, in financial terms this offer doesn't seem mind blowing but is speculative and without doubt would open more doors than the WS in regards outward investment and opportunities to increase revenue streams. Fan ownership for me is a good thing but not if we stagnate as we have and in some degree we have gone backwards and now can't compete with our rivals. The WS in its current guise isn't fit for purpose, that much is clear but I do understand they are trying to change and I will make my mind up when both proposals are head to head and there are more details.

Reading some of these posts about how garbage our players are really has me thinking about which team folk think they are supporting!! We can't simply go out and sign Virgil Van Dijk (although folk on here would be suggesting he is sh*t and past it as he is in his 30's) our players are going to have limitations, its a simple fact. People throwing comments like "disgusted" at players being signed on again need a dose of reality!!!!

We need a squad and I doubt you would get a better option out there than O'Donnell. He gets some quite unfair pelters at times but Im pretty happy he has signed on to fill out said squad.

He calls it as he sees it, he literally makes no sense at times in his anti-Motherwell player/manager/CEO/possible new owner rage, as well as being the most Motherwell negative person ive ever seen for a fan!!!!! Totally agree with you. He was a big fish in a small pond with us but has just blended into the grey when paired with a better calibre of player Shame really as I hoped he would have progressed and it appeared he had the talent to do so.

The context isn't great either If we get clean sheets we get more points, its that simple really If we score the amount of goals we did this season AND get more clean sheets we generate at least a top 6 finish. All hypothetical I know but clean sheets obviously matter, even in the context you articulated.

Im not sure where i said kettlewell wasnt up to the job, as long as he is the Motherwell manager he has my full support. That doesnt detract from the fact we had a crazy winless streak and a pathetic cup run and im happy that the season is over. Im personally not happy with a 9th place finish, it wont stop me supporting Motherwell. If people are ok with a 9th place finish...................cool, but i personally think that shows a lack of ambition, its just my opinion and i HOPE most Motherwell fans are of the same mindset but if not then again, its absolutely fine. the original post you replied to me about was my interaction with Spiderpig who I felt was condescending toward MY opinion but again im ok with interactions about a differing of opinion and i wouldnt fall out with someone or take it personally but i will reply.............

If people in our fanbase are happy with this season then fair do's but its a no from me. Do I think we will improve next season..................I hope so. Im looking forward to next season and happy that this one is over, there have been some good results and great goals flecked throughout the season but inconsistant performers, incredibly poor cup runs and a leaking defence have been our downfall. As I say, if people are happy with a 9th place finish then im kinda shocked to be honest

Are you having a laugh!!!! If you're happy with the way the season has gone just because we avoided relegation then it says more about you than most of us. I can't believe you are ok with the winless run, remind me again how many games it was............... I suppose you loved our cup runs as well............

Your positivity is great but this season has seen an unbelievable winless run and some absolute eye-bleeding football..............i for one am happy that the season is over!!!!!
