Kettlewell has more to answer for than he is getting he has sucked the footballing life out of these players with his constant dross tactics it's there to see what we have been witnessing and Frail just kept the that up. They need to shake this Kettlewell hangover off asap and just get us over the line plenty points to get but is time for everyone of them to snap out of it and move on. New start tomorrow let's hope they all get on the same page quickly.

Hence why Daws needs to go and we need to come up with a different strategy of recruiting. This summer and winter transfer window was a total howler it blows my mind why we took two players off rival clubs,taking a wage of there books and burning it on ours two below average players that have added nothing to the squad. Let's hope the new manager and assistant can bring new ideas to squeak us over the line and gets to build how they see fit.

Yeah I agree more than likely they needed to fill out the article a bit so filled it with something that isn't going to happen.It would be an utterly left field and some appointment but would enjoy listening to reasoning behind it lol. It has been pretty hush hush about the whole process but I have a feeling the new man might be in the stands watching the Ross County game. Of all the names linked with the job Neil Lennon is probably the most likely I have seen that might get it.

Tommy Wright won the cup with St Johnstone sure Killie wasnt a success but his cup win was just over 10 years ago. Poor signings because maybe poor recruitment set up.Maybe that's what's needing changed cause it seems to be a theme season after season more misses than hits.

For me and I shall stick with this the Irish market is a market I hope we are seriously looking at plethora of talent in the Northern and Southern leagues worth a punt. Also getting a manager or assistant/ coach that knows those leagues well would benefit us on the player side of things maybe a few weeks could bring in. And no I don't mean Tommy Wright lol he has had his day in the Scottish sunshine.

I am too much of a maverick a forward thinker to to even be considered for the Motherwell role plus I would embrace getting called every name under the sun as a compliment. I don't wish to make any further comment at this time thank you.

Have a feeling that Frail is going to get the gig the longer this plays out sure things have came to light that might be delaying the appointment but you just get those vibes. I shall be honest I just can't get on board with this if it happens just seems like more of the same what we have been served up.
