Signing a player Callaghan on a year contract with a history of injuries with an option of a further year is criminal that for me sounds like the exact same situation as Obika! Kettlewell can not tell me that signing players like that on contracts like that in the hope they will be fit nevermind be half decent is not how to use club funds properly when we are constantly be told not got an endless wealth of money.

It’s going to be a long long season me thinks even more so watching Halliday play every week slowing everything down to a grinding halt. Frontline are just not firing I don’t blame them I blame Kettlewell for not signing a player that can actually make something happen for them. On a plus note good to see Wilson get another 90mins the boy tries at least.

Tony Watt comes back to Fir Park I will not set foot in it until he leaves again. I don't mind players leaving however him and Declan Gallagher the way they went about things before they left the club nah they can fek right off.

Yep 17 year old Miller can't be expected to carry that midfield on his own needs some help and he isn't going to get that from Halliday that's for sure. Hope Kettlewell uses the loans to get some help in the midfield and add a creative spark to the squad. I shall say one thing I am so pleased with big Ox in goal think he will turn out good for us.Early doors but isn't shy about coming off his line which is a good thing.

We need to address the lack of creativity in the team that's what's holding us back and it was needing addressed weeks ago tbh. Feel like Miller is getting tons of shite piled on his shoulders and he is expected to perform miracles week in week out nah Kettlewell needs get his finger and cheque book out get in a player that can actually pick out a pass or two do something different.

We just look utterly dull and no ideas that's two weeks in a row that we have nothing about us. Much of a muchness and it will wear thin pretty sharpish. Watched St Mirren the other night looked sparky,solid and properly set out we look a million miles off them right now. As for Halliday he starts every week it's like starting with ten men doesn't offer us anything.

Pretty clear we are lacking creativity and needs to be addressed soon. Haliday is never a starter for us he will struggle to see out the season best use of him would be coming on for last 15 minutes maximum.He looks like he is already on fumes soon as a game kicks off.

Somebody produces a 20 odd page document telling me things they are going to do I expect to see the main things put into practice right?

I would be happy with Moses and Robinson leading the line really like the look of them both however we are really crying out for someone on the creative side of things feel like we are missing on that front.

I just hope the funds are used on the squad no excuses and not to fix seats or fix a wall or any other shite.

I am actually pretty impressed with the business we have done so far a few wee loan deals aswell and think we are pretty much covered. Dare I say it I am feeling a bit confident going into the season and it’s only just turned July lol.

We actually look pretty decent so far think Robinson is going to be a good player for us this season looks lively.

If you think he is slightly better than Oli Shaw then I would question if you were watching Motherwell at all last season. I think this could be the most ridiculous take I have read on here and that’s saying something lol.

Exactly we need a squad and perfect squad player that's why I am not to bothered if big Bevis signs up again unfair hate from people week in week out for me he gave one of the best performances of the season from any player Vs Rangers at Ibrox last season. Still need to address the defence but Bevis is perfect squad player just like O'Donnell.

Right tell us who we should be going for then actually give us some names?

Least that's cleared up now looking forward to seeing the new additions to the frontline cause we are very short in the area. And best of luck to him!

100 percent correct however you do need to have a fair few bits of quality around the squad and it's not over filled with utter dross. I mean folk still like to have a go at Shields the guy was played out of position probably about 95 percent of the time he was with us wasn't used properly at all in my book. Tons of players in the Championship that could probably do a reasonable job for us not being funny I see players like Brian Graham(yes I know he is 36) still doing a job for Patrick you would get better value for money out of him than say a broken before he even came to us Obika.

Big factor is our player pool is getting smaller and smaller every transfer window we are no longer competing with Killie,St Mirren's and Dundee's of this world. This is why investment is so important more than anything it could be a matter of a few hundred quid a week that's stopping us from getting these players in who knows. So until then it is what is.

Can't wait til John Obika is unveiled as a brand new signing cause fek knows what's going on with him so anything could happen at this stage.

Butcher 100 percent wasn’t worth the contract offered cause we all know he is done at this level and he is so slow now the only thing he has to offer is a yellow card with the good chance of a suspension. Obika what’s going on with him? With the Ox signing he has been with us years and we still don’t know what we are getting lol it’s mental.
