Just curious question to everyone do folk want someone until end of the season or someone more long term?.

I would love it to be David Healy from Linfield yes I know one of the bigger teams in N Ireland but has European experience ,been managing for about 7 years or so now plus knows the market we are dipping more and more into.Think it be a good fit worth a punt. Nobody really stands out tbh abit one and the same with everyone that's out of a job right now nothing really between them.

I say one thing man management shall need to be a major key in us staying up this season and moving forward but I have a confident feeling once that first W comes in we shall be able to push on from that. The club for me need to think of the big picture though should we go down I be more than happy for a year and half contract with new manager knowing should we go down then they have the chance to bring us back up. Onwards and upwards I shall always have Well hope although it's been kicked in the balls this season we are not out til the maths tells us and at least now we have a wee fighting chance maybe. COYW

It's as simple as this we have made the signings it's time for Hammel and Kerr to work with players they have signed,that they had a say over and brought to the club. So it's sink or swim now starting with tonight.

100 percent correct sadly the issues off the field and the fact we are changing Chief Exec doesn't make it any easier. I wouldn't be shocked if a team comes in with an offer this window after the accounts came out.If a decent enough figure comes the club might cash in. Tbh Kelly's form this season has been pretty poor for me and aslong as we don't replace with someone as bad as Aaron Chapman then it be grand.

It must be utterly soul destroying for the guys that are sitting on the bench week in week out knowing they dont have a sniff of starting its hardly this team are a winning unbeaten side ffs. And i refuse to believe that Shane Blaney wont offer us any worse than what we have right now give the boy a bloody chance. I look at this team and i see a big fat nothing not giving me anything then i look at the manager hoping he is going to change the nothing to something and i wait an wait.........I am not getting it.

I think it goes much further than that tbh tactics wise we are void of ideas.Sorry but the fitba under SH is worse than it was under GA and that was a shite sandwich of a watch. Blaney must be the worst trainer at the club if he cant get a start its blows my mind when no excuses really can be offered why he doesnt start.

I do think our scouting network has went down since Alexander took over the changes that were made has hit us right in the pocket backfired big time. Prime example Slattery he was probably bought to sell on by this point on the football side of things not progressing way the club thought. And this all comes back to the manager appointment aswell you get team winning playing well then players values go up and right now our stocks are so low you couldn't give them away.

I say this if anything reading alot of these comments more than anything it proves getting a proper manager in charge of the team is now more than Important than ever. I shall always stand by a good manager gets the best of a mediocre squad.
