I shall say this aswell three managers have left and Daws is still at the club hmmmmm. Yeah I shall be honest the Well Society is something I have never bought into we don't have the fanbase to really make a proper difference the only way to to do that is a new owner but I think a billionaire could come in for us tomorrow and it would get a no veto cause they would want to money from the ground sale lol. Sure I am not privvy to Well Society updates and such but I never see anything on here about investment progress it's so quiet after the glossy pdf and Erik was defeated. Sorry to be negative on that front.

When you sign players like AP for a six figure sum to basically destroy his confidence playing with tactics that is not even close to use the player properly that in itself is all on Kettlewell. A total waste of club funds of the highest order.I really don't get what Kettlewell done in the Summer transfer window other than set every penny we had on fire signing players like Watt and Taveras from rival teams freeing up a wage for them is a total joke and look what returns we have got for that......Zero! Kettlewell has the final say mind don't forget that so really it was all on him to say no or yes. As for the club and funds the Lennon Miller money is the Investment let's be honest here I don't see the Well Society coming up with anything on that front.

One thing I hope Wimmer sees is SOD is shouldn't be playing anywhere in a back three. Having witnessed the highlights now that effort to try head the ball for the goal is shocking my 5ft grandad couldn't have jumped higher than him. Nah I think teams are seeing this as a weak point in our three at the back and abusing it with good results.

Don't know why so much doom and gloom is about to be honest that 2nd half is probably the best 2nd half I have witnessed all season. However today hopefully and more than likely is the eye opener for the new guy got to see them in action I suspect a few changes for the Dundee game. Also for this to work Daws needs to leave we need a new recruitment process in place.I take it before he presses search button on the pc creativity isn't an option we need some quality on that front we have next to zero. Kettlewell has more to answer for than he is getting he has sucked the footballing life out of these players with his constant dross tactics it's there to see what we have been witnessing and Frail just kept the that up. They need to shake this Kettlewell hangover off asap and just get us over the line plenty points to get but is time for everyone of them to snap out of it and move on. New start tomorrow let's hope they all get on the same page quickly.

Hence why Daws needs to go and we need to come up with a different strategy of recruiting. This summer and winter transfer window was a total howler it blows my mind why we took two players off rival clubs,taking a wage of there books and burning it on ours two below average players that have added nothing to the squad. Yeah I agree more than likely they needed to fill out the article a bit so filled it with something that isn't going to happen.It would be an utterly left field and some appointment but would enjoy listening to reasoning behind it lol. Of all the names linked with the job Neil Lennon is probably the most likely I have seen that might get it.

Tommy Wright won the cup with St Johnstone sure Killie wasnt a success but his cup win was just over 10 years ago. Poor signings because maybe poor recruitment set up.Maybe that's what's needing changed cause it seems to be a theme season after season more misses than hits.

For me and I shall stick with this the Irish market is a market I hope we are seriously looking at plethora of talent in the Northern and Southern leagues worth a punt. Also getting a manager or assistant/ coach that knows those leagues well would benefit us on the player side of things maybe a few weeks could bring in. And no I don't mean Tommy Wright lol he has had his day in the Scottish sunshine.

I am too much of a maverick a forward thinker to to even be considered for the Motherwell role plus I would embrace getting called every name under the sun as a compliment. I don't wish to make any further comment at this time thank you.

Have a feeling that Frail is going to get the gig the longer this plays out sure things have came to light that might be delaying the appointment but you just get those vibes. I shall be honest I just can't get on board with this if it happens just seems like more of the same what we have been served up.

Yeah I totally agree I have watched football from the Spfl to the lowland league and we are by far the least entertaining side I have watched this season it isn't even close. I honestly think the board are already disconnected from the fans after the last mess a divide already. But like I said they thought Kettlewell was doing an amazing job so Frail will be the next best thing to them if he wins Vs Ross County it's almost guaranteed.

I could be wrong and I hope I am not but I honestly think they might drag this out hope Frail can beat Ross County so they can give him the gig just so we can get more of the same served up to us.They wanted Kettlewell to stay so they are getting the next best thing really with Frail. Ross County game won't make or break the season but I can't see us getting back into the top six again if we drop out with Frail at the helm.New ideas fresh approach we might just pull it off if not then it's same old drag til the end of the season.

Lowe or Evatt for me only names I have seen that's peaked my interest.If we could get one of them I would be happy. Said it before would love David Healy to get it he has done everything with Linfield they are like 15 points clear so he could be tempted if we dangled the carrot for a change.

I will be pretty disappointed if we don't have one in by Monday give the new boss at least a good number of days to look at the players and work with them.

Totally agree with you it it also lacks leadership and quality. I look at that roster of players available and think who is going to get out out the mud should we get in it and I see nothing. Sod making mistakes left right and centre folk can say what they want but that's the facts we have all witnessed this and he is the team captain. Kettlewells transfers when you step back and look at it has been a horror show that summer window was totally awful.Everyone bangs on about budget but I really don't think it was used properly Watt and Tavares should never have been brought in from a rival club freeing up there wage bill for such mediocre below average players Daws should be held accountable for that. We can only hope the loan guys click together asap with a decent new manager to get us firing with new ideas for me of all the times we have been in a mess this squad actually gives me the worst vibes.
