Checked the dates, they wouldve been team mates for a few years
-
I threw him in last week just as a thought,he would defo get the best out of players and it would b good for hammell on his backroom team for the future
-
Didnt realise that m8,so he does have the credentials as a manager,i did like his attitude as a player with us way back in the day,has he officially thrown his name in the hat or is it just the same names that crop up anytime we need a new gaffer
-
It was way too easy for teams t play through our lines, beat the half hearted press from the front 3 n then we r out numbered 4 or even 5 t our 3 in midfield,is it any wonder our defence gets left exposed n gets slated as a unit bcos of that, its only just in the last 2 games under hammell hes tried t address that with playing maguire deeper, granted it didnt work but hes seen that is wot we need
-
No disrespect t hammell or simo but by all accounts we've had 80 applicants, r these 2 really the cream of who we can pick from, imo any names mentioned is purely speculation and lazy journalism, should have an announcement in the next few days i would hope
-
Agree wi u on that, why those 2,there must b equally capable managers in the unemployed list without having t pay some sort of compensation t release the 2 mentioned from there contracts, money that would surely b better spent on player budget
-
As it turned out,out of position or not SOD is our best left back
-
I just finished writing my take on the game only t return t c we r watching excactly the same game
-
Sean goss easily best player again, few options showing for him when hes on the ball,KVV looks as though hes in quick sand wi wellies on n his selfish shots have been terrible, morris n spittal?well they're filling a space i suppose, bevis confidence is gone he just doesnt want the ball when we're trying t build, change something t get goss more central n work off him
-
Due t suspensions n injuries look how light we r on the bench
-
With the interview process kicking off next week I suspect it will b a who's who in the main stand today as anyone with aspirations of managing our club will be there
-
For the simple reason we have a core of 12/13 first team players,so we have t go wi that, the thing i see with most comments here is same players different shape, something GA was to stubborn to adapt to with his 433

Hope ur flabber gets well soon pmsl

"Ratings mean very little, often marked by persons not even at the game so easily discounted." I was at some of those games last year and would tend t agree with those ratings regardless if the person assessing the team was at the game or not As for the applause,u must cheer him as part of the team u support but slate him individually, typical of a minority of our fans, there's always one of our team with a target on his back,me personally i get behind the team n have done so for near on 40 years, with the exception of maybe derek adams lol Like i said I'll agree t disagree
-
Check back his ratings from last season 7+ out of 10 obviously not good enough for u,granted he had a few howlers but u cant fault him for those when the rest of the team r getting the same ratings and playing just as badly, just an after thought,he helped the team to 3 points last week coming off the bench for 10 mins or so,did u applaud the TEAM or just the other 9 guys that finished the game We'll just have to agree t disagree
-
Clearly ur opinion n mine differs,u dont rate bevis,i think hes capable of doing a job for us,which he has done in the past

??????

I did notice that, but lamie had no need t go in the way he did,n like i said he done some decent donkey work..as all the guys did, jordan white was a "diddy"for us but not for ross county,im willing t give the guy the benifit of the doubt
-
Lamie will b a miss but ur right in how we accommodate that,it shows how flexible we r at the back,it shouldn't weaken us a great deal if only bevis plays as we know he can Im also going t give Carroll a bit of credit for sunday, his positioning seemed better at covering round the back post, no so much going forward but i expect that t b the fear factor of making a cnut of it,so hes in again Goss looked good for an hour, got on the ball in nice positions,is slattery back from injury/suspension?if so who's out, spittal, maguire, morris? Efford up front last week done well for me,had a half chance out of nothing, but it was after the sending off of lamie he done some excellent work off the ball, tracking back n filling dangerous areas, alot of which probably went unnoticed by most We need the width created by SOD n carroll n the awareness of a midfielder t slot in as cover, something GA never done with his stubborn flat back 4,remember this is SOD the wingback who got 7/8 out of 10 against england Its not rocket science square pegs go into square holes
-
Cant find it either,i suspect the 80 candidates r being kept under wraps also
-
Clarence seedorf,he may be about 48 but id have him player/manager,saw him in a charity game, might b good for an hour or so lol
-
Whats john collins upto at the mo?
-
We need t b picking up a good number of points in next 7 games as of the 1st oct we have a horror run of 8 games that could see us pick up zero
-
Ffs ricki lamie..so composed the full game n u have a brain fart..no excuses..straight red
-
Kelly showboating a bit now lmao. Unbelievable save again
