Nice one, Big Filip back in the stands can only mean a return can't be far away! He may solve our striking issue with Robinson....
-
Was a decent player in a very good attacking side! Nice to have him onboard coaching...
-
Ok, so he is away but not been announced by club yet?
-
Didn't know he had returned - the club are so bad at updating on staff movements. Pretty much a full new backroom team this season and we only know about JBA and Max. Strange one Paterson taking the B team when Foster done it last season.
-
Has he been taking the B team games then?
-
Yeah but that was also his position last season yet he was in the dugout most if not all weeks….even as lead development coach you’d expect him to have to attend games same as the u18’s do and sit in main stand not commentating on rangers games
-
Is he still involved? Noticed he’s been back on BBC doing punditry for them rather than being in attendance at our games on Saturdays as he was last season….not seen anything to say he’s not but just wondered? who’s been taking B team games?

Only Motherwell could make general allocation better than season ticket holders! Logged in at 10am last Thursday and could only get I5 or behind the goals. Logged in at 9am today and sections D were available on other side of pitch.

No update on Slattery? In the interview or last night at the supporters gig...
-
I'd like to think the first....either way he's too slow
-
He needs more than games I hate to say it, unfortunately don't think he's good enough! He's chunked up that much he can hardly run and because of that never takes on a man, always passes backwards and inside. Pity as I thought we had another find from the youth teams this time last season but he has totally regressed since.

Time will tell....🤪

Expecting us to sign a left back before end of window...Wilson not in Jens plans!
-
Here Here! Have said it for long enough, might be past his best put pulls the jersey on and gives 110% every week, not many players are as loyal to clubs these days as SOD has been to us. You will probably find he will be better suited to cameo appearances this season, he's a great option to bring off the bench for experience to see games out etc...
-
Assume this year's home strip is similar sizing to pervious years? Always been a comfortable Large and going to pickup the new one tonight pre match.
-
Signed for Dinamo Bucharest sadly!
-
Mark Ferrie training with Morton, decent move for him if he gets a contract given he has struggled at Bonnyrigg and the matches he played in Claret & Amber but good luck to him!
-
Posted on his Instagram which the club re-shared saying something along the lines of "Excited for what the future holds" Obviously could stay but from that sounds like he's offski
-
SOD will be utliised as a leader and his experience will be crucial next season, I believe Wimmer will look to bring in a RWB or CB to replace SOD, and SOD will be mostly used from the bench. I doubt we will see him in starting 11's much unless we end up with a significant injury list again.
-
Yeah, many think it was a good signing however watched highlights of the game on Saturday against County and he was rotten, he for me isn't the kind of players we need to be signing. We need younger players who we can potentially sell on for money. McGhee is ok if we aren't going to be carrying SOD, McGinn etc....
-
Adewumi will likely come in, he ripped us to shreds last game and then did the same to Celtic, not sure why he's been on the bench recently.

I feel we say this every season now, season on season in September we think we have a strong team, then by March we are desperate to get to end of season maintaining our league status and clearing out the diddies. My take on it, we either punt Daws and let MW and AK solely do the recruitment in summer this season using there knowledge of European football. Kettlewell was working with a very tight budget and in September I did think we have a decent squad but as season has progressed and injuries ramped up we have ended up with guys who evidently aren't good enough to play premier league football and because squad is so big we are also not seeing guys who have came to us as hot prospects (Dickson and Andrews to name but 2). Lewis Grabban instantly comes to mind when I think of they two....
-
I think SOD deep down will know he’s past it now but he does (contrary to what some think and what we sometimes see) give it his all for the club. If he’s asked to play he’s not going to say no, I do expect we will see less of him under the new manager however

Hammell's squad that SK inherited couldn't have been far off it - remember Casey and Butcher wearing number 52 and 66 for instance...we had players like Crankshaw etc who only played 1 or 2 games!
-
Exactly this!!! You also missed out Kelly moving to Rangers albeit most would agree that was an incredible move based on his performances last season however you've got to credit him for this, incredible effort on a shoestring budget. Begs the question why as a club we are not approaching an Arsenal, Spurs, Man Utd etc and asking them for a loan agreement.....
