  1. Apologies if this has already been covered. I agree the foul for the penalty was outside the box. But what is Carroll doing grabbing him anyway? Why not just go for the ball? More interestingly do we have a young LB at the club? There’s got to be another option in the reserves?
  2. I’d look to keep O’Hara, Roberts & Amaluzor. I know we’ve not seen a lot of Justin. But I just think he offers so much energy and pace to our side. Is SOD not out of contract this year? I was hoping to wish him goodbye!
  3. Personally I’d like to see Slattery back in the team. I think if we had Woolery / Slatts / O’Hara & Goss in the midfield we’d have a lot of energy. But I can’t see a team without Donnelly being named.
  4. He’s the next player I want to see being announced as signing a new deal. A fit Mark O’Hara is a tremendous asset.
  5. Mark O’Hara got my vote. I thought the energy he brought to last weeks game was excellent but thought he was even better today. Special mention for Woolery - he was very impressive when he came on. Hopefully he starts next week at Ibrox.
  6. I was wondering what the needle was with Gallagher. Great honest article from the big man! Is KVV on a 1 year deal with us?
  7. Went for “Slow Joe” Efford, he had some lovely turns & touches and drove us upfield in the second half. Thought O’Hara was energetic and it was great to have him back in the starting XI too.
  8. Had to be Liam Kelly for me. It could’ve be 10 if it wasn’t for Scotland’s number 1 between the sticks
  9. Big Mugabi was arguably better than KVV upfront. But had to give my vote to Tierney. His finish was sublime. I didn’t think he’d scored until I seen the celebrations unfold. 14 more goals like that this season please!
  10. Spoke to one of my friends who supports Celtic (I know no-ones perfect) He says Shaw would be great for us and he’s very highly thought of at Celtic Park. My only hope is he knows the way to goal
  11. I have to give it to our number 9. The free kick was exceptional. But a noticeable mention for Sol & SOD. Who would’ve thought I’d be complementing our captain Haha
  12. I feel much more comfortable with Mugabi at RB than I do with SOD. Let’s hope GA sticks with Big Bevis
  13. We just look lacking in confidence. Clearly the conditions aren’t helping us, but St Mirren are knocking the ball about fine. Need someone to step up in the midfield. Wouldn’t be opposed to seeing O’Hara on. Power is always free and in space - and he’s pish!!
  14. Apologies if this has already been covered. Did anyone else hear GA scream at SOD in the first half and put him infront if the fans for turning his back? I’m sure GA said he did the same thing in training. Personally I loved the fact GA pulled out captain up for this. As he clearly holds high standards at the club.
  15. If I was Steve Clarke (I’m glad I’m not!) I’d have Tony Watt in the Scotland squad 100%. I believe that game at the weekend means he’s played more games for Motherwell than anyone of his previous clubs. He looks settled, he runs himself into the ground, wins us countless fouls & free kicks, links play, scores goals & he is well and truly loved by the fans! He could be just what Scotland need!
  16. Not sure if big Mugabi is going to be fit or not. But I’d take a snoozefest 1-0 win for the Well. Like GB, I like the look of Slattery. I can see him nicking the winner. #SIWY
  17. I’d say with the exception of Tony Watt (32) that the numbers 1-11 (excluding 10) would be GA’s starting 11. Although I’m surprised the big lad Shields wasn’t offered the number 9 jersey.
