The team doesn't quit. Fighting back from 2-0 to get a 2-2 draw away is a worthy point.

Finished 9th this past season. The goal should always be to surpass the previous year, so a goal to finish higher than 9th seems about right. I'd also set a goal of at least one cup quarterfinal appearance.

Safe for next season. Push to the rebuild and try to avoid another nervy May next year.
