It's not singling a player out to suggest that a guy that's onto his 5th manager in 5 seasons isn't performing. He gets done constantly defensively and is so poor going forwards.
Is Tam Courts not very Kettlewell-y?
Would be very surprised if it was any of the Davies, Lennon, Naismith (etc) type names that the bookies are chucking about.
I mean, club media are hardly going to be asking him when he's going to hand in his P45. It's the same at every club, I guarantee you if you listen to pretty much any post match interview from a defeat today and the questions will be the near enough same.
It seems pointless to have a go at some wee media guy.
Think there's a bit of confirmation bias going with Balcombe, he had one dodgy moment in the first half that he was lucky to get away with but apart from that I thought he had a decent enough game.
Time for him to go, we've been served up awful football all season and we're now getting the results we deserve.
My biggest criticism with Kettlewell (and it has been for a while) is that he never learns from his mistakes and he takes no accountability for his failures, no doubt if he's got an interview today he'll be pointing fingers at everybody and anybody but himself.
33, 29 and 34 league games he's played across the previous 3 seasons.
He currently has a hamstring injury but it apparently isn't any more serious than a few weeks out.

This is what I'm going off of. From there Killie's point distribution is one of the closest to 50/50 and I suspect today's result will only make it worse.
As for the second part, is that not my whole point? Killie have had 2 sides filled with good players but more importantly very good defenders as well as 2 very experienced managers. That's why they've gotten those results, not because of their pitch.
