  1. Punt Tavares/Watt, if someone wants to take Robinson off of our hands then that works out but I don't see that happening Vale I'd keep, he'd be good for a bit of energy and pace in the last 15/20 minutes in games.
  2. I don't particularly like Kettlewell, his lack of willingness to move from the back 3 annoys me, his substitutions are often reactive rather than proactive, some of his decision making is terrible at times (Tavares on in the Semi-Final) and that 15 game winless run have put me off of him. Saying that, we've been broadly successful with him in charge. He took us from relegation favourites in February to comfortably safe on 50 points in his first season whilst getting KVV + Max Johnston flying and getting us decent transfer fees. Last season was a real rollercoaster, we started brilliant, then didn't win for about 4 months, then finished the season okay with a win at Ibrox but also a pathetic early cup exit to Morton and a 9th place finish. A bonus point for the 1.6 million pounds sale of Theo Bair. A relative Disappointment. This season so far we're in 4th on 19 points after an entire round of fixtures and have made it to a Semi-final for the first time in 8 years, however I do there have been disappointments such as the Semi-Final/that Dundee game, I do also feel that we've had a fair bit of luck go our way so far. So far: Success Overall if I was to grade Kettlewell's time with us it'd be a 6.5/10, at this point it would be daft to sack him as we could certainly do a hell of a lot worse.
  3. Micheal McIndoe said in his post match interview on Saturday that Wells will "be back" next week, so some good news on that front.
  4. Alison Thewliss, David Cullinan and Kevin Rogers have been co-opted onto the Well Society board with Phil Speedie becoming WS Chair. Greg Anderson (WS) and Grant Jarvie are added to the Exec board with Kyrk Macmillan becoming the new club chairman.
  5. Let's focus on beating Rangers tomorrow before we worry about having to play Celtic...
  6. The problem with Celtics game at Fir Park last season was they attempted to (successfully, I believe) force open the fire exit to let their ticketless pals run in, the silly bastarts then posted a video on Twitter attempting to play the victim when stewards tried to stop them. It was one of the reasons Celtic (very briefly) banned the Green Brigade. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-67277186.amp
  7. From our last 4 games vs Celtic we've had 2 draws and twice it's taken injury time winners for them to beat us, there's no reason that we should fear them.
  8. The seats in the McLean are ripped out every other week. Hibs, St Mirren, Dundee Utd etc in the last season or 2, Celtic are far from the only one's to do it
  9. We don't have a single midfielder on the bench.
  10. Hell of a goal by Lennon Miller there.
  11. There is more to being a midfielder than running around like a headless chicken and smashing into folk.
  12. More concerned about playing an out of form Dundee than what I have been at pretty much any other game this season, just feels like a banana skin we're bound to lose 1-0.
  13. SOD has played well this season, whilst yesterday was a poor performance by him some of the criticism feels a bit OTT.
