Signing Callachan was always a weird one to me, he was just off of the back of a long term injury and (according to County fans on P&B) was rotten when he was fit.* Halliday seemed like a clever signing when we picked him up in January and was one I was pretty pleased with at the time, he was (IMO) really underwhelming in his loan spell to the point I was hoping that we cancelled his PCA. TBF to Kettlewell and the club it's impossible for us to know the contract situation there and if we could actually do that. Nicholson in my eyes is just a case of bad luck, as far as I can remember everyone bar Steelboy was pleased with the signing when we got him back permanently. I think we've signed our fair share of perma-crocks (Jon Obika, Pape Souare etc...) but I do also think that in some cases (like the aforementioned Callum Slattery) we have just been really unlucky a lot of the time. *Callachan's name being spelt Callachan instead of Callaghan is very, very annoying.

A high energy, high stakes game for Killie in Norway on Thursday means they show up to Fir Park on Sunday depleted and tired. 2-0 Motherwell, both goals in the 2nd half . Heard it here first👍.

Lennon Miller has a brilliant chance very early on and Butland pulls off a brilliant save from a Robinson shot in the 2nd half. On another day we get something from that game. On to Killie next week and hopefully we don't get even more injuries by then.

As Busta says above me the Ticket Office is open right up until Kick off on match days

How many people in our support that would need to use PATG that wouldn't know how to use teh club website. I suspect it's a very, very small number of people.

Blaney is a bomb scare that loses his man non stop and can't pass a football to a teammate to save his life but that's what you get when you sign a guy because he scored a goal against you once 🤷♂️.

We've had many a let downs against them but there is no reason we can't, under Kettlewell we have for the most part been very competitive in games against the arse cheek's add that to the fact that they're there for the taking. Not going to get to carried away as it's still Motherwell we're talking about obviously.

Have we ever beaten Rangers back to back in the league?

Chris Childers ran last year as well IIRC

That's the 2nd year in a row we've went out the diddy cup on penalties after drawing 0-0 in normal time, last year to Tranent and this year to East Stirlingshire. I don't think it's that crazy that there are questions on if Foster is the right person to lead forward the youth teams. Something I found interesting in one of Kettlewell's recent interviews is that he said that we've got an analyst now doubling up as a "loans manager'" to try to get the right loan for young players.

Wanting the manager sacked before the league has even started. We are so back!

From what I can see it's from an account with just more than 100 followers. Signed a new deal at Thistle less than a month ago, not to mention that we don't play wingers.

Every time we got to the edge of the box we fell to bits, we'd be absolutely mental to go into a league match with Paton and Halliday starting.
-
That was reduced to 6,000 seats about 2 decades ago, Ross County and St Mirren have 6500 and 8000 seater stadiums.
-
When was the last time we had 10,000 in Fir Park? The playoff Vs Rangers is the only time I can remember we've ever really come close to it.
-
St Mirren Park holds 8,000 and hosts a lot of the youth/women's games.

The Main stand is a dump that's well passed it's sell by date, unfortunately it'd cost silly money to do any proper improvements to it, Hearts new main stand cost them 21 million quid, now I'm not saying we'd be looking at anything near to what Hearts have done but that's the type of money you're talking about nowadays.
-
Bringing a guy in on a free that absolutely no one else wanted on a 2 year deal and having everyone laughing at us for it just to get over a million quid for him, in my eyes up there with the very best business we've ever done.

That was what I was told earlier today, good luck to the lad
