Absolutely first class result. In Wimmer we trust šš¼

Decent chance to break up the park there and that cabbage has got it stuck in his feet twice before passing it backwards.

SOD is pish. Has been pish for 4 and a half years. I canāt even say anything constructive because heās that pish.

Was it Stevie Wonder or Ray Charles that voted for Shane Blaney? Armstrong for me. Sparrow a close second.

Bizarre.

I was being serious. In fact, in the unlikely event that it transpires that a fellow dosser was behind 9/11 and Andy Halliday feels he should condemn it. Then I will thoroughly support my fellow dosser and act to ostracise Mr Halliday.

Are you actually alright?

Jesus Fucking Christ. Congratulations, despite some tough competition, youāve won fuckwit of the day šš¼

SOD is āfair gameā because heās been poor for 4 seasons. I can name half a dozen errors leading to goals just this season. If he wanted to keep his manager in a comfortable position then he shouldāve performed on the pitch for him. Our full fanbase is not āfair gameā because quite clearly it was not the vast majority of fans that abused Stuart Kettlewell. There is no circumstance in which any current player or member of staff should be taking aim at fans.

Still quite tame š¤£

Spare me your faux outrage. Weāre talking about a manager choosing to leave of his own volition. He WAS NOT chased out by a mob. I suspect Mr Kettlewell may have a career in politics once this blows over. Any personal abuse is out of line and shouldnāt be tolerated. That being said, fans venting frustrations and/or calling him shite doesnāt constitute abuse. If heās that offended by that, then I suggest heās in the wrong career. As for SODs, his time would be better spent contemplating his own failings rather than blaming those who pay his wages.

Iām not even going to bother attending.

SOD knifed Alexander and Hammell. Heās a fucking charlatan that shouldāve been chased long ago. Fuck him.
-
No evidence except the 2 suspensions heās served in the past month?

Iām already fed up of this chat. In an ideal world we would have kept SK until the end of season, shook his hand, wished him well and moved on. Heās done a very good job in tenure and I suspect heās well outperformed whatās expected of him from the board. Thereās no doubt we have a large selection of brain donors in our support, although as others have mentioned weāre absolutely no different to any other club. That being said, I am skeptical of Kettlewells reasoning behind his resignation. What is it that our fans actually expect? Aberdeen, Dundee United, Hearts and Hibs have all struggled over the course of SKs tenure to varying degrees despite spending vast amounts more than us. Keep seeing āstyle of playā batted around, do any of the aforementioned teams play with an attractive style and concurrently accumulate more points than us? Personally, Iād settle for being organised, difficult to play against and positive. Is that too much to ask? I wonāt defend some of our powderpuff, toothless performances. The last 4 away games have been horrific. A lack of urgency, desire and ambition has left me fairly scunnered. As for talk of losing the dressing room and the rumoured bust-up with Dan Casey, thatās football. My gripe would be more with the player than the manager. In this instance, fans shouldāve stuck by the manager and trusted his judgement, Dan Casey has been consistently part of the one of the worst defences in the league over the last 2 seasons. Dan Casey wouldāve been better served organising his box and defending set pieces rather than handing out tactical advice at half time in Perth. I suspect, that there will be fans of all clubs in our league that are similarly disillusioned with the product on display and that the clubs will ultimately bear the brunt of this. In reality, the standard of Scottish football as a whole is absolutely rotten. In fact itās that poor, our fifth best team has just signed a striker on-loan from the worst team in League 2. Perhaps expectations need to tempered? Iām not particularly fussed that SK has decided to leave but I am concerned that in the bigger picture, we will be here again in 18 months time. Not a good day for our club.

He didnāt indicate that at all š¤£š¤£ He said that Mair hadnāt had a save to make i.e. He wasnāt busy.

In such a forum, people should continue to be allowed express their opinions good, bad or indifferent about the manager without being constantly told off like school children. Very tiresome to read. Anyways, I probably agree with SKs comments to an extent. That being said, heās painted a bigger target on his own back šš¼

St Johnstone V Motherwell 18/01/2025: Scottish Cup

Weād have done much better today if Connolly had been on the bench. -
Every single one of them are shit.

I donāt even care if we sack him. Overall, heās done a really good job and is probably exceeding his remit. That being said, the football is fucking terrible and thereās no plan to change it. Iāve found things Iād much rather do on a Saturday afternoon than watch our current incarnation.

Season over unfortunately. -
Good signing.

If we are going to persist with this anti-football football then itās imperative that we use this January window to inject pace and athleticism into the team.
