  1. I'll agree with that I didnt manage to catch any of the game at all but after reading the report on the 'fishel site when I got in, I had no idea who was playing where All I made out was a lot of midfielders and no known right back to begin with Overall, I'm pleased with the point, I had us down to either put a barrow load past them or get beaten 1-0, so happy to meet in the middle.
  2. Ok, I didnt actually know that, so I'll let them off with that one
  3. I think we also had a Chris Coke at one point as well, it wouldnt really take a lot of effort to get it right.
  4. I know this isnt really related, but was it against that mob that McLean got injured? Just curious as I remember seeing the name before.
  5. Just caught the highlights there and I've got a question. Who's Paul Shane Everytime Slane got the ball, it was "Paul Shane with cross" etc.

    Paul Mcgrillen

I didnt have the chance to see Paul play but its a sad time nonetheless R.I.P Paul
  7. Gutted I had to go out and couldnt watch it after all but I dont think it's a totally lost cause yet, but maybe I'm a bit crazy Can anybody give an overall opinion of big Ruddy the new guys? Will miss next weeks game aswell (raging ) 'cause I'm away on holiday but as long as we give a good account of ourselves, I think we can happy, certainly the best pre-saeason we could have hoped for. C'mon the 'Well
  8. Like the look of the team and I've got a feeling we'll manage an away goal or 2 C'mon the 'Well

    Canterbury

Same has happened here, only been worn twice (at the two Euro games) and washed after each time. Came out the second wash yesterday and discovered the logo is peeling all round the edges with some parts obviously worse than others. Do the guys in the shop re-press it or replace it? It might well look better without it but thats not the point
  11. Brilliant Especially the last bit What a knob but aye, goats

    Can We Do It?

Nah, it was the Flamurtari fans that had got lost
  13. Brilliant Did anybody else clock their physios trackie, 118 118 anyone?
  14. Tonight makes it 2 Motherwell hat-tricks I have had the privellage of seeing, the first being Porter against Inverness just after Christmas
  15. Aye, but its a new concept for our squad to have to fight for a starting place. Theres never been more than one player per positon before with this squad
  16. To be fair though, I dont think many of Craigan's passes were misplaced tonight, I thought he had a reasonable game. His pass to Sutton to sey up Forbes being a prime example
  17. Doesn't take away from the fact I think he's a c**t
  18. Surely the guy deserves better than a 7 He tore their guy a new arsehole at least twice and ran at them constantly scoring a belter of a goal as a result.
  19. Where did we sign this guy Slane from, cos he's fucking dynamite
  20. Sums it up perfectly, went for Slane as well, followed closely by Murphy, with Forbes and Sutton not far behind. Loved his celebration, told Forbes to give him a minute and gave us his interpretation of Robbie Kean's cartwheel, forward roll... celebration, brilliant
  21. Pleased to see Reynolds given a run out at left back, seemed to have a pretty good preformance, getting forward on occasion. Jim O'Brien isn't a right back in a million years but coped tonight, just. Won't do for the league though. Tonight also showed Gannon isnt afraid to chop and change the team to what he feels is right, dropping McGarry, Lasley and Hammell. I now think with the midfielders we have, McGarry might be shipped off soon and simply through lack of appearances, I think Darren Smith has no future with us but we still need more signings before we are in a position to let them go. Need a goalie as well, Fraser didnt fill me with confidence tonight.
  22. That was fucking briliant Excellent to see the younger players scoring all the goals, but felt quite sorry for big Sutton as he'd been knocking the ball on all night, but he can have his turn next week Very impressed with Slane and Forbes and I certainly wasnt expecting a hat-trick from Murphy Alson nice to see we're not afraid to have a shot now, instead of walking it into the net as we've been known to try before. All in all, a very very good night at the office and the future looks very bright Who the fuck is Mark McGhee C'mon the 'Well
