Eh? Over the last few years we have had Johnston, Turnbull, Campbell, Hastie and now Miller and Wilson all playing for the first team and getting good moves to bigger clubs. We do a hell of a lot better than most teams in the league in promoting academy players.

End of the day the optics of this in the media for the club are horrendous. I can’t imagine Kettlewell made this decision lightly so I would tend to believe that the abuse has been more than just fans shouting from the stands. I am usually in the east stand and have certainly not heard much against him. So you have to think that this goes further and maybe is social media abuse? End of the day it looks awful for us and is not going to help attract a new manger or players to the club.

If it is personal abuse is the reason he has left and let’s say the players were behind him, then it could spell disaster for the rest of the season. Players might be totally pissed off. Very messy situation this. If Frail stays then he is the obvious choice to keep things going until the end of the season. Personally there is very little between all the clubs in the SPL right now, we are going through a bad patch, just like every other club has or will. Not sure there is a magic wand that will see us playing silky football!! Also no surprise form dips when we don’t have Miller in the team.

I travel up and down the A9 a lot and if these weather reports are accurate then it’s absolute insanity that they are allowing this game to go ahead. Don’t go. I have been caught in blizzards up on the Drumochter Pass and it can go from perfect road conditions to lethal in minutes.

Draw was a fair result. Wind affected both teams. Kelly was magnificent and I think today showed that we will miss him If he goes. Nicholson deserves a start, felt he changed the game for us.

I’ve said it many times that VAR is ruining the match day experience for fans. I would think every fan in Scotland would want rid of it. Another point we don’t have the proper setup for it either. We have a handful of cameras at games, some stadiums have more cameras than others. How is that a level playing field for anyone? I know this sounds crazy but I think it’s made the refs job harder. That Lennon Miller goal stands every day of the week, yet Collum gets told to go to the monitor and then has a decision to make, where without VAR nobody will even bat an eyelid at this. My mate who is a Celtic fan said there were 5 VAR decisions at parkhead yesterday and every time they are just sitting in the stadium listening to fans booing! How is it in any way improved our game?

Great result. What I find incredible is the absolute seethe I seen on Twitter in the first half. Yes we lost a silly goal, but for about 35 minutes of that half we controlled it comfortably. Second half he makes the tweaks and we win the game. But honestly what I was reading last night was bonkers. No wonder players distance themselves from social media. From the last month or so of fixtures we look to have the team to get us away from the relegation battle and that is basically where we all wanted to be during that bad run. Also think Miller being out impacted us hugely. His return has us playing far better and getting the ball on the deck.

Is it normal to play Wednesday then Saturday? should that Hearts game not be on Sunday? Anyway we are above the Dons and they spent a fucking fortune, it’s not all bad! Also is that us not unbeaten in the league for 7 games?

The weather has been horrendous for about 6 weeks 😂 They are not miracle workers!

That was more like it last night. If we play like that every week, win lose or draw I will be a happy man. Also bringing through young players is brilliant. What a difference from last years shitefest.

A win for us tomorrow night and I think we have a really good chance for 4th. You would expect both the Old Firm to win tomorrow so that would (if we win) leave us on 46: Motherwell - 46 Dundee Utd - 44 Ross County 41 Then depending on goal difference its a straight fight between Dundee Utd and Ross County up in the highlands. Good chance RC could win that or its ends a draw. We will get humped by Celtic and still finish 4th. Just got to beat the Jam Tarts, which will not be easy, but I think we can do it and if Van Veen is fit we have to believe we can.

We are not alone in being shite this season. Out with Hearts and maybe Ross County, every team in the SPL has been shocking, the level of football on show is terrible and really negative. Has there ever been a season where you could be on 40 points and still be in with a chance of Europe? As for Alexander, I’m not sure he has any clue what he is doing. I switched on Hesgoal and he had Bevis up front and then brought on Donelly. Absolute nonsense, panic station shite.
