They're 'the playground bully' of Scottish football. They'll dish it out yet can't take it when they get it back and whenever they get caught they say "it wisny me" and blame someone else.

Always the victim, never their fault...you couldn't mark these cunts necks with a blow torch. http://www.celtictru..._article&id=464

John Rowbotham the night he abandoned a game against Hearts at Fir Park when we were 1-0 up at half time, after he'd been pressurised into doing so by Jefferies and their chairman. Fortunately we won the replay with a last minute Pat Nevin goal.

Big Teale was a great player for us during his stint here. Obviously in the twighlight of his career but what he lacked in pace he more than made up for in commitment and attitude. He was ice cool from the penalty spot aswell, something which is rare for a centre half.
-
I used to always love games against Fir Park against the Glasgow two and the other city clubs, especially Aberdeen and Hearts as they would bring big, noisy away supports. In recent years though I have grown to dislike these games more. Games against Rangers in their 'latter' years were awful with zero atmosphere and our inability to get anything off them and Hearts and Aberdeen rarely bring the same supports they once did - this seasons cup tie the exception.

3-1 to Aberdeen.
-
Not sure if it's the incident you're thinking of from that game but in the first half the ref (Brines) went to show Barry Ferguson a yellow card, even had the card in his hand then remembered that he'd already shown him one so changed his mind and let him off.

Don't think there's much danger of any seats being broken or any other form of wanton damage in the Motherwell end. If you so much as fart in the away end at Parkhead you get thrown out.
-
Stevie O'Reilly last season against Hibs, 0-4 game at FP. Denied us a legitimate goal, awarded Hibs two penalties for nothing, our's was soft aswell and fucked off ten minutes before the end, seemingly injured.
-
Yep! Unfortunately there's as about as much chance of that as us actually going there and playing with some belief that we could actually get something.

I shall x

I have to confess that I was yes. Come on you Bhoys in Green, make it happen so that I can say I told you so, trolling cunt that I am.
-
5-0 Celtic and we won't even get a shot on target.
-
Controversial perhaps given his debut, but Davide Ferrerre must be worth a shout here too. He scored a 2nd half hat trick against Hibs and then looked completely out of his depth for the remaining games.
-
That's as maybe but they were both hopeless for us. If I had to pick a worst line up this would be it. Woods Moutouakil Jonsson Denham Danny Murphy Townsley J. Davies Martinez Trevor Molloy Stephen Halliday Calum Elliot

Randolph Nijholt Martin McCart McKinnon Griffin Lambert O'Donnell Cooper Coyne Higdon

Simon Mensing - I had high hopes for him but it just didn't happen. Some of Kampmans signings were horrible too, ie. Mikko Kaven, Jan Michels, Rob Matthaei, Brian McClair(2nd spell obviously), Nyysonnen. There was also a guy called Holm Kraska though perhaps it's unfair to include him here seeing as he never even played a competitive game for us.
-
John 'Klinsmann' Hendry, Mario Dorner & Franz Resch. Three duds from the McLeish era. And don't forget Gerry Britton played for us for a short spell in 2005.
-
And as I said, that's your opinion but I disagree.
-
That's your opinion, I disagree. Apart from anything else the length of time Woods was here puts him above the current two for me. He was here for something like nine years, played second fiddle to something like five different keepers and made countless blunders during that time. And I will never forgive him for THAT mistake against Rangers.
-
No 'worse ever' Motherwell 11 would be complete without Stevie Woods in goal.
-
Everyone has their own personal experiences but on the one occasion I spoke to Tom Hateley I found him to be a complete gent who was happy to chat away to supporters. I believed all along and still do there was an element in the support who disliked him due to who his father was.

No I'll not be gloating if we get beat, I've never done that despite what some folk claim. I don't actually want us to get beat you know. I fancy Hearts to win, nothing to do with league forum or league placings, but simply because like I say, this is the type of game that we lose ie. one that the support is desperate to win (me included) as we love a win at Tynecastle, the older 'Well fans especially, and also because it would give us a record breaking sixth win on the bounce. Tomorrow's game is winnable but I've supported Motherwell long enough to know that when we get confident a fuck up is never far away to bring us right back down to earth. Now, I might be right and I might be wrong, but I can assure you that I'll not be 'gloating' if I do end up being right. Anyway, that's the last I'm going to say on the matter until after the game.
-
Both sides played a much more open game than Hearts tend to play. I anticipate they will be a lot harder for us to break down.
-
There's absolutely not a prayer that we'll win by a large scoreline tomorrow. They tend to sit in and that doesn't suit us as we don't have the flair and pace to break sides like that down. They've also got Wilson and Hamill back for them in defence so that should shore things up for them a bit. If we were to win it'll be by a single goal, either 1-0 or 2-1 but like I said I strongly fancy Hearts tomorrow.
