  1. My opinion on the "goalkeeper" is on the other thread. No way did we deserve to lose that today. If any other goalkeeper we've had in my lifetime (including Stevie Woods) had been playing we would've got at least a draw. First half we were by far the better team and did well to get back on level terms after that calamitous mistake. Utd were hardly up the park. Just like at Parkhead, Craigan going off was a massive blow. 2nd half the wind was knocked out our sails by losing a third and after that until the ref starting giving us fuck all, which inadvertently got us playing better and we got one back. Playing Humphrey at right back was a major mistake by Broon in my opinion. Special mention to the referee who was fucking atrocious. How and why Gomis wasn't sent off beggars belief. There were a few major shouts for fouls in their half that weren't given, Daly should've been booked for diving also. I predicted Utd would win before the game, but they didn't win it, the goalie threw it away. Seasons not over and we certainly deserve to have taken more points from the last 3 games than 0, even if that was only 2. Need to go to Tynecastle and get something now. Even if it's only a point.
  2. I had been prepared to reserve judgement on him but after today it's safe to say I won't be back if that clown masquarading as a goalie is between the sticks again. Culpable for all 3 goals, although you could argue the corner should've been defended better. The 3rd was the worst of the lot. The shot was straight down the middle and somehow it still went through him. Not content with that he then seemed to be on a mission to clatter his own players in his pathetic attempts to gather the ball. Not good enough, not even fucking close. Surely Mark McGhee's final boot in the baws to Motherwell?
  3. I agree with that, but I'm still very pleased they have signed.
  4. Delighted they have signed.
  5. £15 seems about right for me with the first under 12 getting in for free and every other child after that at £5. Kids turning up on their own £5 aswell. As for the unemployed.....it's their choice how they budget their allowance and if going to see the 'Well (or any other club) is that important to them, they'll find a way. Or not.
  6. Normally I'm a big fan of Broon's pre-match compliments of the opposition but he's stretching it by offering that much, let alone any, praise for Lennon!
  7. The 'Well players do deserve much better support than the fans give them, but don't recieve it at these games for the reasons Steve Diggle points out. I personally won't step foot inside either Parkhead or Ibrox ever again so last night was a non starter.
  8. Motherwell are the AA of Scottish football. Whenever a team needs a result it's always us they're playing next and they always get said result. What an embarrassment for one of the worst players in the league to score twice against us. I don't think we are in any postion to demand taking points from Parkhead regardless how utterly pish Celtic are, but once again there is that horrible familiar feeling of a yet another missed opportunity. I'd also rather that Craig Brown didn't suck Neil Lennons cock quiet so much. Lennon is the most reprehensible c**t that was ever shat into creation and to hear our manager bigging him up gets my goat a tad. Be diplomatic of course, but c'mon!?!?
  9. It's the road to ruin when you actually expect rather than hope to get something from Parkhead, but I think we would all be a bit disappointed not to take at least a point considering how shite Celtic are at the moment. I still don't believe we will get anything as historically we rarely take advantage of teams when they're down but here's hoping....
  10. We have a fight on our hands to finish 5th now I'd say. Need 7 or 8 points from the last 6 games, and 3 of thoe games are away to the Old Firm!!!
  11. Celtic look absolutely atrocious but I'd say the worst time to play them would be after a painful defeat. A Celtic win for me as we never seem to take advantage of teams when they're down.
  12. The fixtures are a joke. Not one visit to Fir Park on a Saturday. 3 trips to Parkhead over the course of the season. An uneven spread of home and away games. What a lot of shite. The whole system is designed to favour the Old Firm, could you imagine if Rangers or Celtic were given an uneven spread of home and away games? There would be uproar! Why are we even surprised though?! I hope the club has the balls to take them to task over this.
  13. When do y'all think we'll hear about more players signing? (or not!)
  14. The POTY awards for the season we finished 3rd in 07/08 were held on the Sunday, the day after we beat Aberdeen 2-1. Europe was clinced that day as Celtic beat Hibs 2-0 at Parkhead.
  15. 4 days notice is not really enough for most folk I'd say and at that price (a snip!), and the chance to meet and say hello (and goodbye) to some of the players it's a real pity.
  16. Back to the bad old days with that. It's difficult to know where to begin with absolutely nothing positive to take from that shambles whatsoever. I correctly predicted a Falkirk win but what I didn't forsee was the worst performance of the season to match the worst result. Utter fucking keech from the word go; I wouldn't give one player passmarks and they need a right good boot up the arse after losing to a team that had won 1 game in 31 prior to yesterday
  17. Hmmmm.....Home team on a great run, people getting let in for free to bolster crowd and cheer them on playing the team at the bottom of the league and 20 odd points behind us. Stick on Falkirk win for me.
  18. Great news! Hope all the other sign up too! Although it does concern me a little that we were previously told all the re-signings would be announce in one fell swoop....does this mean Hammell is the only one?!? Hope not!
  19. I've got the away strip. It has a couple of boobles on it and I'm scared to wear it to play football in incase it gets fucked. You shouldn't have to worry about that with a football strip. The strip designs this season are among the best I can remember the 'Well wearing. Pity the quality has had lots of issues.
  20. From the highlights Sutton is a mile onside! Game was still 0-0 at that point! How many points have linesman cost us this season now? 3 goals chopped off this season that had hee haw wrong with them!
  21. Very disapointing to lose heavily playing against 10 men for 75 minutes and after Utd had had a tough game against Rangers the previous Wednesday. Didn't see that result coming at all! The red card was as shocking a tackle as you're likely to see. Hopefully it's just a blip, and we can bounce back next week with a good win against the team at the bottom of the league.
  22. The way the cup is panning out I don't think 5th place will be good enough for Europe. I'd take a point to be honest, but hopefully Utd will be tired after the cup replay and we can sneak it.

    Clarky

Would take Clarky back in a heart beat. Couldn't see him or Craigan going to Aberdeen. Maybe O'Brien, but he would be mad to unless it's for silly money. Which apparently Aberdeen don't have.
