  1. Thank you sweet merciful Christ.
  2. They should just play the games to a finish on the night.
  3. I'd play Ruddy Hateley Hutchinson Reynolds Hammell O'Brien Forbes Jennings Humphrey Jutkiewicz Murphy I've no idea if Hutchinson is fit, if not Saunders. Maybe switch O'Brien and Humphrey about too. It will come as no surprise to many, but I think the best we will get is a draw! Go on Motherwell, prove me wrong!!!!
  4. Famous last words? I'm not saying we will get relegated, but we are most definately involved in a battle at the wrong end of the table now and with a history of a piss poor record of getting results in "must win" games, I'm getting worried. A win on Saturday and another 2 wins from the next 3 and I'll maybe start to lighten up!
  5. How can you be so sure? I think we were 10 points ahead of St Mirren not so long ago!!
  6. This has been on the cards for weeks. I don't care how we do it, but 9 points is required from the next 4 games. I'd even sacrafice a win up at Inverness to make sure we get points on the board.

    Please God no!!!!!!!
  8. Good interview by Brown on official site. 9 points from the next 4 games and the jobs his I reckon.
  9. I'm worried Hutchison is going to be too injury prone.
  10. Exactly. Offended by everything, embarrassed by nothing. And that's a side of the story that won't get an airing anywhere else.
  11. I'd say the apparent silence is more to do with the fact that Motherwell appear to be quite happy to let Celtic piss all over us time and time again.
  12. Really liked the look of Slane pre-season and it will be hugely disapointing and anger enducing if this comes to pass. Despite "only doing his job", it's a poor show from McCart for actively seeking to take a young player from his former club at this stage in his (Slanes) career.

    Jim O'Brien

I'm not comparing O'Brien to McFadden or McCormack, but we will miss him. And you can times that by 100 if rumours about not having Slane are to be believed.

    Jim O'Brien

O'Brien will be a massive loss and we will definately miss him. I fail to see how people fail to see that. If it comes to a bidding war then we will lose him for sure.

While we're talking about injuries, does anyone know how Hutchinson and Slane are doing?
  16. I'd be happy if Brown and Knox were given the job full time. we need stability fast otherwise we're be deep in the mire at the bottom. The next 4 games will shape our season in my opinion. Badly, badly need a win in our next league game. In fact, I won't be able to relax or slep till we do!
  17. Wouldn't be at all surprised if this game is off. I won't be going anyway, too far away and too cold! I've retired from cup fitba anyway. Our extended run of pitiful exits in recent years has sickened me.
  18. I must admit I am totally shocked by this and more than a little, make that extremely, worried about the club and team short and long term.
  19. If only we had the Q and A session this week... Question to Jim Gannon - "Do you think sitting on your arse in the dug out the entire second half will inspire and send out the right message to players and fans? Or do you that it won't?"
  20. We really need to be winning 3 out of those 4 games but you know we won't. I will take no pleasure in saying "I told you so", but I fully expect by the time we come to play Falkirk, they will know going into the game that a victory for them will take them above us.
  21. We will lose both of them. Of that I have never been more certain.
  22. The bigger picture is we are now embroiled in a battle to beat the drop with a team with the heart of a mouse.
  23. Once again in a long long history of zero success in winning crunch games we lose yet another must win game. That was so utterly fucking abysmal it's dificult to know where to begin. I can forgive thowing away a lead against Aberdeen, I forgive throwing away a lead against Dundee Utd, I can forgive getting pumped of the Old Firm in consecutive weeks but that result and more worrying still performance today was absolutely disgusting. It's another relegation battle for us again this season people. My finger has been hovering above the panic buttom for weeks now and after a performance of ineptitude with no postives to take from it whatsoever that would make even Malpas cringe....I've pressed it. As far as I'm concerned we're now a rudderless ship heading into the shit abyss and I'm fast losing any patience with Gannon, who incidently sat on his arse for th last 30 minutes of the game.
