A more than decent point which we would’ve taken before kick off I suppose but can’t help but feel we threw that away. Why we came out sluggish in the second half is anybody’s guess but it’s my perception we quite often do that. Never a penalty for them but we weren’t clearing our lines in that period and learned no lessons 2 minutes later. A bit sickening that Murphy scored but that was inevitable. On another note, the policing at these games is a joke. No polis anywhere near the East Stand and drunken mutant Rangers fans are allowed to maraud past the Well queue where most are minding their own business. There was also a bit of bother at ht as scores of Orcs were leaving early and walking by the Well fans having a smoke in that area. The obvious chants of “we don’t do walking away” as they walked away were met with skirmishes and there was full blown fighting for a period of time before a few polis grudgingly started to appear!

The top 6 would’ve been better for the finances but I’m not even remotely bothered we won’t have to put up with ugly sisters again (apart from the final of course!) I’m concerned we might not win any in 5 heading into the split however.

I think we could see 7 or 8 players leave this summer one way or another. I would obviously keep Kipre, Carson and Cadden but I think there might’ve interest from elsewhere. Of any of the others out of contract we/they might not decide to renew includes Bowman, Rose, Grimshaw, Petrevicious, Griffiths, Plummer, Newell. Hopefully Hartley returns well from his injury and it’s worth considering Tanner might be our till September and even then how he’ll be after that injury. I would take Aldred on a permanent deal but I don’t think Ciftci has done enough to warrant a permanent deal, if that was even something we were looking at.

Same team as v Celtic. Same scoreline would be acceptable also!

Agree with the posts about Brenda and Broon being hypocrites. Can’t stand either of them. It’s the Celtic way though. Today and St Johnstone away were/are realistically our best chances at 3 points before the split and if we fail to win even 1 our of 4 games before the split, and it’s extremely unlikely we will considering who we’re playing, it means we will have another “December”. Instead of being well clear of the play offs and relegation if you take 0 points from 5 games, if your opponents have even a meager return in that spell, we’re looking at being well in the mix post split! Today was the day, against a depleted and rotten Accies side to put to bed that lingering notion and we absolutely shat in the nest!!!

Absolute fucking keech. No other way to put it. Accies had several players out, haven’t won in ages and we start with 1 upfront and don’t change it until into the second half? Could’ve virtually secured our safety with a win today and now could be struggling to get any points before the split.

My query was more regarding the bigot fest kicking off at 2:30. It’s well known that these idiots start drinking at 6am for a 12pm ko (cos apparently you need to be as drunk as you can for these things) so to give them an extra 2 hours drinking seems ill advised.

Totally agree with that. If we all hadn’t seen what Ciftci had recently done with Utd, I don’t think we would believe there was a player on there I’m afraid.
