  1. McManus moving on would be an unexpected bonus. Doubt it though.
  2. No sign of Moult again. Not that it really matters for tonight. Hope he's ok.
  3. I didn't realise the claret band doesn't go all the way round. That's a bit disappointing. I mean, I'm over it, but still!!!
  4. Would Dembele maybe have been a better option than Dunne if we can only afford one? (Going on brief reports of how they both played yesterday)
  5. None of those players we're looking at/have on trial have great cv's or remarkable past careers. We don't want to be stuck with any more Clays, Bowman's and Blyths.

That collage of Lasley in all the different Well strips through the years is tremendous!
  7. I would agree with that. I like the idea of a black away strip but there should still be some claret and amber in there somewhere. Still, it's impossible to please everyone!
  8. I think that's a pretty fair assessment.
  9. Seems like quite a lot of midfielders on the face of it. Maybe McHugh will move to centre half permanently? Or maybe he's leaving?....
  10. Pinched this from Pie and Bovril. Just one guys opinion of course.... "AFC Wimbledon and Queen of the South fan in peace here. Craig Tanner played 16 games on loan for Wimbleon before he was sent to Plymouth. His loan agreement stipulated that he had to start every game if he was fit and he was very disappointing. He's not a winger or striker but supposedly one of those mercurial players that drops deep/plays off a big striker/in the hole. i.e. versatile but not really great at anything. He seems to have been a bit better at Plymouth judging by appearances/goal stats but never showed against AFCW when we played them in the 2015/6 playoff final at Wembley, the Dons beating the Pilgrims 2-0. Down South, League 2 is probably his level and I doubt that Plymouth were that desperate to keep him having been promoted to L1. Good luck to him though, always tried his best despite obvious shortcomings. Be interested to see how he gets on in the SPL, assuming he gets games. He's still only 23, so with good coaching and a fair wind, he might well prove me wrong"
  11. That sums up my hopes also. Most of us appear to be on the same page at least.

If someone could please put together a highlights reel of every goal he scored for us that would be much appreciated.
  13. I'm pretty sure on his first game back at Fir Park McCulloch actually got a decent welcome. I'm sure I remember him clapping all 4 stands at the end of the game. Abuse may or may not have followed as his elbows began to fly?...... The abuse/booing of Reynolds's is/was ridiculous and embarrassing. I think the worst abuse I ever heard a returning former player receive was Pearson on his first game back here with Celtic.

    Thanks Scott

He scored on his debut away to St Johnstone in the cup didn't he? It was clear by the start of the following season that we had a player on our hands and we had a decent team with him in it before the Malpas season. It was a shame he went to Celtic and then subsequently scored v us in every game he played v us apart from when Lappin scored the only goal at Parkhead. I couldn't understand why he ran up to the East Stand when he scored. I always felt that was disappointing. His form for Celtic was incredible though although Celtic fans I know didn't apparently rate him, although I suspect they couldn't forgive him for "Skippy Sunday", which was of course glorious. It gave us a real lift when he came back and his performances probably saved us in the play off season and again this season. He's been a massive player for us and when he's on form one of the best in the league outside Celtic. Will be sorely missed.
  15. Bowmans celebration is pretty embarrassing but I'm not sure I would've noticed it if Robinson hadn't pointed it out.
  16. I wouldn't keep any of the players who are out of contract and I would also be trying to find a way to bin Blyth, Bowman and Clay. None of them are good enough. Not even for the bench, not even in a pinch.
  17. There's a few Falkirk players we should be looking at now they're staying down.
  18. The pledge link appears to be broken at the moment? Anyone know?
  19. Can't get on board with lying down or getting pumped I'm afraid.

There's another one from behind the goals that is equally good. "Orc cam" I believe it is called.
