Utd wanted him but Thistle said "naw".

I was at that game and remember that. I don't know if we went bottom, but we certainly lost!!

Unsubstantiated Rumour Regarding Administration

Wouldn't surprise me to be honest. Especially if we're still budgeting for a good cup run and top 6 finish. It is a worry (along with everything else.....) -
Motherwell V The Rangers Spfl Playoff Final 2Nd Leg 31/05/15

Those Orc cams are magic! More please! -
I know that what is often said in public differs greatly from what is said in private......so what do folk think McGhee is trying to achieve here? Certain serial offenders have escaped his wrath so far also (hello McManus, hello Law) but Moult (of all players) is now getting publicly criticised?!?! Moult might not have scored for a few games but he's knocked his pan in for the cause this season!! Maybe it's a cunning plan and McGhee knows what he's doing? Hmmmm.....

Defending for both goals is criminal. For the first one Law really should've cut it out and why Ripley doesn't stick an arm out when the ball is crossed 3 yards out beggars belief. For the second one? Just bring the guy down!! Numerous players back off as well! I did think it was a foul on Gomis in the build up but there was still opportunities to stop the shot getting away.

Motherwell V The Rangers Spfl Playoff Final 2Nd Leg 31/05/15

We were always going to get I to bother for fans running on the pitch and to be fair, yes, that wasn't acceptable. With the amount of stewards that were there was there much more that the club could've done? Was pretty stringent ticket allocation not implemented by the club? You had to jump through quite a few hoops to get one for the home end? Was the flare not thrown by a Sevco fan who was caught on mobile footage doing so? He was in the home end though so that's Motherwells fault I suppose.... The part about the South Stand lying half empty thus increasing the likelyhood of trouble is just laughable. In summing up. 6-1 -
Pan out well for me? Doesn't pan out well for any of us!
-
Yes. I've followed Motherwell from a very early age!
-
Here's how I see it panning out. Killie will beat us and Utd will beat Accies. We are now in 11th spot and Utd are 12th, 10 points behind us. Utd will then beat us on the Tuesday to move just 7 points behind us and still have to play us twice! Really hope I'm wrong. If Utd manage to overhaul a 16 point lead we once had over them everyone involved at Morherwell should be fired out a cannon!

The last 4 (6 in fact) were very winnable too.
-
Must win. Don't think we will though. The season could hinge on a result here. Surely tae fuck we won't concede in the 90th minute again?!?!
-
Best prepare yourself as that's exactly what we're looking at.

There's absolutely no doubt that the players on the pitch are a major part of the problem. There is next to no quality in any position and every single player is either past it, not good enough, not interested, petulant and any other negative adjective you care to throw at them. There also clearly appears to be several trouble makers who will spit the dummy out if things aren't going their way. Another massive problem though is the manager putting out ridiculous line ups (Hearts recently) and today, which several people have accurately described as "St Mirren in the cup in 2009" all over again. Not bringing Moult on earlier was madness and what happened to "unleashing Ainsworth"?!?? I didn't want McGhee back but I was prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt so long as the team was doing the business. Barr a brief run in December we now look as hopeless as we ever were under Barraclough and McCalls last months. As I have said previously, McGhee now has 2 games to save his Motherwell career for me. A minimum of 4 points from the Killie and Utd games, which I think we'll be doing well to take a point from that. The (avoidable) pumping at Tynecastle has triggered a death spin that we can't get out of and when the POD and Cooper start lambasting the manager that essentially announces the club is a crisis point.

Something's definitely rotten and a lot of it started when certain "senior players" arrived in the team.
