I enjoyed the first game of the season, after all the doom and gloom i was not looking forward to it. The make shift defense did well today ZFA had his best game today at full back, and Twardzik dealt with everything thrown at him. Like most i thought we looked off the pace in the middle of the park strange considering Lasley and Carswell have played frequently together, looked like Carswell was carrying an injury. Great to see Erwin get his goal well taken on his starting debut. 3 points and were off all in all not so bad

Lasley here there everywhere there can't be a blade of grass he did not cover. By far the mainstay of the team

I'm sure that we used to do well before JJ arrived, I know we've some on loan but I feel that the lack of progression is worrying, only carswell appears to have made the step up. For a club like ours we must be bringing through young talent into the first team.

Vigurs so far has a lot to do to match expectations, Lasley and Carswell were by far the best 2 on the pitch today IMHO.

Well done great team performance , special mention to all the new guys Outstanding that we can bring in youngsters and limit Aberdeen to so little. McCall was concerned last week with all the hight in the Aberdeen team Page and Cummings were outstanding constantly getting the better of Vernon and Fallon.

Hutchy was booked

Great team performance today, right from the work go, Hearts were not allowed to play, we totally dominated even with 10 men. Clean sheet as well Hutch and Clancy now looking like a great partnership, and what an impact Ojamma has had up front. As the man said BRILLIANT

As far as last night goes when they brought on Agogo and took off a defender they started to dominate but they were wide open at the back. Did we change it no, obvious thing was to take Higdon off put Page man to man (as he's done before quite effectively) and pass thorough them exploiting the space, but i guess i'm just one of those FM managers.

What we need is good tactics, players to stand up and fight for the cause , i cant be arsed with this were not good enough attitude, the fact is we are. I agree to have our captain from the 91 team parade around Hampden Park patting the green and white ribbons waving at the scum, was a disgrace.
