  1. Oh yeah a right bunch of cards the lads were - particluarly the song about the Ibrox Disaster - what a hoot that was, oh and of course the Sieg Heil chants - f.....g retards and tossers - pity they hadn't stayed in the pub.
  2. Congratulations to Motherwell fc girls u13,s on today 5-1 victory in the scottish cup at Irvine, against Clark Drive Girls. The 'well girls are also sitting top of the league. Well done to Motherwells no6 scoring her 18th goal of the season so far. Super 'Well
  3. Genuine? Where did you see/hear that?
  4. To quote one of the fanzines at the time "There is a light that never goes out" - RIP Davie was a privilege to watch you in the C&A.

Sorry not enough votes for me - need 11. Really tough choice eventually went for Jennings, with the other 10 a very close equal second. For once big John doesn't feature - did he have a shot to save?
  6. Andy totally forgot about that one - just seems to be a shit game, weather and result any time we're there
  7. Would settle for a point right now to keep the run going, but surely we are due a result at the midden park. Same finishing eleven from Saturday - particularly the reinclusion of big Lukas - if fit - what a difference he made on Saturday. Duberry was having a field day until Lukas' introduction - really turned the game in our favour. You going through.
  8. Just that your mindset and eyesight are up to the task.

    John Ruddy

Sell-On clause - Loan Deal?, bit of a contradiction is it not. Ruddy's not on contract at Motherwell, so how could we invoke a sell-on clause - juornalism at its best, or am I missing something fundamental here.
  10. Purely incompetent - today's incompetent being one of the worst.
  11. There's eleven stalwart warriors there the best you've ever seen.............. What wonderful memories of the 'bygone days of yore' big fella - Somerset (always a good to-do), particularly as we reached the dual-carriageway, just before the racecourse, they didn't know what hit them as we came out the side street .
  12. You must have left really early on Saturday night - this was being belted out by table 17.
  13. "You're gonna get your f.....g heads kicked in" "My old man said be a 'well fan"
  14. Great night and huge thanks to all the organising committee, a great effort by all. Only 1 observation and I qualify that by saying it wasn't to my taste, but if Gary Little is the cream of upcoming comedy talent then we really have a dearth of talent. Our very own TC blew him right out the water - as did Chick Young. All the donated jerseys went for sums between £400 to £800. No other events announced, but I really hope that this is very successful year for Stephen. All the players (current and past) that attended deserve a great deal of praise, all were willing to take time out to talk, sign autographs and pose for pictures and were very approachable.
  15. Fair play mate, couldn't you have taken the 'veggy' option ? Waiters came round an asked our table before serving if anyone wanted one. Great night all in and that is a really special prize. Tried for several of the 'auction' items Faddy's signed Scotland strip in particular, but the bidding became just a little too rich for my taste. Great price for the 'ribbons' from the cup (£1400).
  16. Did you actually get anything to eat - is the 'dairy' allergy real, or did you just really want to win the canvas
  17. Really looking forward to this - but will that table plan not mean some will only see the back of the speakers heads?
  18. Isn't that part of the whole sorry state of the maelstrom that is Scottish Football though Melvin - they aren't 'his boys' - they are SFA controlled, not SPL, who have no influence on thier decision making EDIT - sorry Melvin totally misread your post. 'His Boys' relating to Doncaster instead of Dallas.
  19. The old memory must be going - Andy Walker went directly to Celtic from us.
  20. Congratulations big fella - get it put away for next seasons Euro jaunt

From an ex-Dumbarton, Dalziel HSFP, eh sure there were others, custodian of the sticks, I concur with the right honourable genetleman for Falkirk South.
  22. Think he was referring to Andy_P's comment Would I be right in thinking this had something to do with MSP Kenny MacAskill of the SNP?
  23. The rugger chappies know how to behave. Is it really not that obvious. Unless things have dramatically changed in Scotland - the 'prawn' sanny brigade get no special treatment from the real fans - both have to get their fill of alcohol pre and post game (never during, not even at half-time). The only difference is in the location - at the stadium or at the Pub. Anyone who attended Nancy should have first hand knowledge why it shouldn't be re-introduced - you really should have ssen the state of some of our support (and that was with NON-ALCOHOLIC beverages), topping up the copious amounts already drunk prior to KO. No thanks from me.
