  1. Ach stop wasting the fun coming in here with the truth
  2. That was what I took from that story
  3. Echo what others have said, all the best
  4. See this peado chat its pish chat anyway, nae imagination and no need for it IMO. Mark Reynolds quote in the Mail
  5. Quite happy with the result today. A week ago I'd have been very happy with a draw but with all that's been said by McGhee this week by this morning I was giving it some Kevin Keegan "I'd love it if we beat them" chat. Can't be sniffing at 5 points after 3, two games being away. Anyone who was at the game (when you all get home) have any thoughts on the Hammell substitution?
  6. As has been said if Humphrey can cross consistently well (or at all going on Saturday) he will be phenomenal as his pace is frightening. Im very impressed with the other signings, especially Coke. It's only really Jennings that hasn't got me on the edge of my seat but he has looked a couple of yards off the pace, I have no reason to believe though that we've seen anywhere near his best.
  7. That's how you make friends
  8. Further to the home game thread I was curious as to who prefered home games and who prefers away. Some may say nothing compares to home games, but in recent years with poorer crowds and everyone being all spaced out I quite like an away game as everyone's sitting together and you get a lot more banter. Also with away games you've got that extra effort to get to the match. So guys what are your thoughts? EDIT: managed to add a poll
  9. Think the club still have some in. They had them in the ticket office the other week
  10. If the commitment from the players remains as it was today we're onto a winner. When we lost a ball we were trying to win it back, there were some hefty tackels flying and you can see how much not just winning but winning well means to the guys.
  11. If Slane hadn't have passed the ball he'd have scored
  12. Thought the support was great today, better atmosphere than there's been in Fir Park in ages. I thought there was more than 5000 odd there though
  13. Must say I dont like the song but it's one of those songs which works really well at the football
  14. O'Brien for me, but was close between him and Hutchinson
  15. When Soccer AM were showing the SPL goals they whacked up Forbes name and showed Murray Davidson goal EDIT: meant to write Gartlands goal
  16. Well done to Emily and well done to all those who have worked with her
  17. See becoming pally with Man United it's not a bad idea. They're always sending young boys out on loan to lower league English teams, why not to us?
  18. I gnuinely think there will be clubs sniffing around O'Brien, ok maybe not Man United but clubs that can potentially offer more than we can. He isn't the player he was a year ago and I fully expect him to improve even further this season under Gannon
  19. Did not know that about O'Brien! I'd be happy to see him tied down now. The improvement he's made is great and he can definately do a job for us I think
  20. Confusing Jennings and Humphrey is madness, especially for a daily report, not like they're super rushed like the Sundays
  21. Thoughts are with his family and friends - it's tragic, so young

    Canterbury

    Really like that away jersey.
  23. Anyone know what the adress for the event website is? Am I just missing it?
  24. The linesman on the main stand side made the ref look good.
