If only it was that simple, tried all morning but no response

Have an adult & child season ticket. When trying to order an additional child ticket for game today online using my adult account it states I need to buy an adult or over 65 ticket as well......never had an issue before. Has anyone had a similar problem? I know the answer will most likely be join the queue at the stadium to get a ticket which time doesn't always allow so feels like a backwards step at a time when trying to encourage attendance
