Yeah 1/2 Million quid is handy amount if that's what raised and if it is used, as you are speculating and any excess invested wisely that's all well and good, my money is sitting waiting, once things are clearer but the grey areas still overshadow whats really happening and from a pure business model, taking in a one off payment from members and then committing to an eternity of members rights with no further income is a loss leader over time, hence nearly all successful 'members clubs' have further subscriptions to maintain the 'club'

still far too much detail not been released or possibly even decided on? £300 seems a reasonable (albeit still a fair bit of cash) amount to become a part of the club I just don't see how at that investment, it pays the club other than in short term income would seem much more appropriate if thats only the initial investment and then ongoing membership is set with an annual/quarterly/monthly D/D of approx £30-£60 p/a which is only to maintain your membership/share rights. kind off like golf club fees for comparison, the key being become a member match entry etc all remain a totally separate entity in this case

not quite accurate, that can happen and has ( e.g April 2010) SPL site indicates same day could be an issue that is avoided and like you say its never happened on the opening weekend fixture card is there not a history of fixtures almost being reversed season to season or is that a myth?

the players were told to wait until top six was secured ( a policy that is flawed in itself as it only leaves a month or so until some contracts expire, ask yourself if you wouldn't be looking elsewhere with only a month to go on your contract) yet when top six was secured.....nothing. just the usual excuse that something else needs done I doubt that in Sutty case we were ever going to be able to get anywhere near the deal that Hearts will have made going into the close season, we could have had him secured a long time ago however

if thats the case and those in charge have no major holding then we are doomed by the very fact that we will not retain the critical people to run the business. critical positions in the club have to be stakeholders

will the current board and shareholders not be given first rights on those shares (legally?) and therefore all 90% will not go public??
