  1. Craigan is a far better player than too many footie managers on here give him credit for some weaknesses but hey, we're Motherwell we just dont get perfect players. Craggs has been a great Motherwell player and servant, contributing a huge amount to the success in the last few years not forgetting his role in recovering from administration all being said and with the further expected cuts to the budget, I dont know if we could afford to hold onto him, might come down to simple choice of Craggs or Hutchy/Saunders/Hammell etc
  2. its not a distractions to be told how good you have been for the business and that we would like to secure your services in the future. top six was asked for, top six was delivered guess the players that have been asked to put their families future income on hold until split was decided because it suits the club only to be then told thanks for delivering top six, now go away and wait again should just continue to show loyalty and faith. cant blame anyone that walks away then can we
  3. Reporting Scotland on just now and sports headline shouted out Goalposts moved, no contract talks at Motherwell until after Hampden trip. doesnt make me happy and reading through the link in the above post, shows that in typical fashion the delay could cost Motherwell, with players being in a stronger bargaining position after possible success and being in the spotlight
  4. I'm surprised the delay in the announcement of fixtures hasnt received more press, and genuinely from fans that are planning their easter weekend. ( dare I say it a weekend that should be receiving promotions to boost attendances ) as such not letting fans know is the biggest crime in my eyes, but like you say, Dave, clubs need to know for commercial reasons as well therein lies the very thing that annoys me the most, the clubs are the SPL and everytime there is a complete shambles like this, and clubs suffer commercially, no one is answerable. but hey the have the best programmers utilising the best equipment in place to schedule 5 rounds of games, Queue the almost guaranteed fuk up, with no justifiable reasons, that question the competitions integrity and commercial imbalance that leads to at least one club losing out in fact like Tweed I love a conspiracy, who will they shaft the most to get the ten team vote through
  5. seems they do, so much for wanting more competition if thats the assumption that a fair & balanced league is based on
  6. they still not told us when who we are playing? how come the old firm fans have a heads up on organising their Easter holiday weekend
  7. on the face it of, not that much money just for the achievment ie Prize money but yet again if they are correct, it shows that as alway its punters that put in the vast majority of cash the clubs get not the competition sponsors or TV why are the early kick offs again?
  8. Eh? no he's not it's still Weeyins pal but your point stands, Blackman has only recently dropped out the top five as well where did he go?
  9. After weeks of self imposed exile and being quite content with the coverage, reports and the results, this is one that I'm gonna feel i'm missing out on. Sadly work means I can't change that. Team has been delivering above and beyond in terms of effort and results, can't be much left in the tank, I hope they can find enough to stem what is quite an attacking Jambos side, Zaluska, Elliot and Skacel with the recent return of Driver means our defence will have to be solid and whoever makes up the midfield will have to try and stop the supply from the wings Or we could just try and outscore them, which could lead to a classic Either way if I'm having a quiet shift I'll be listening in on the Killie match as much as I am ours taking advantage of the new train line? mind these away games are not all about sitting supping beer and dodging bubbles from the fountain although........
  10. reckon Randy will be a shoe in for MOTM tonight be interesting to hear just how shattered our players looked in the 2nd half

    A Request

seems it'll not be McCall gettin it but Ross Forbes will no doubt be getting crucified can almost hear the neandrathals screams across the radio shame he had to start on the left hand side as we attacked the South, never gets a chance from the spunkstains in the East no doubt on his case from early doors He'll be better off elsewhere
  12. see if you can get a chorus of Peter Houstons.... got a really shiney heid goin
  13. pretty sure he at the game so typing on a wee keyboard, hard to add emotion and I'm sure he doesn't care if its lucky just giving a realistic view on it rather than us all getting carried away that the team are playing like world beaters
  14. Hence from a fans point of view we should have never rolled over publicly when we had the high ground after having our management team poached. need to be realised up by that nobody like being continually on the downtrodden side of every argument
  15. Which is anywhere in the home supports three stands No guarantee you will not be in someones seat 816 due to the fact that there are season tickets issued for every section that has wellfans in it but look at it this way , Motherwell fans have around 10,000 seats to choose from and only around 4,000 season tickets so plenty space for you and your 5000 friends East Stand: (converted terracing shed and cheapest) Plenty spaces in the first two sections as you enter the stand from the turnstyles still a chance you may get asked to move but chances are it'll only be along a seat or two middle three sections (M,F,C) are the most populated with the one on the halfway line been the busiest chances are you will have to move maybe even a few times as punters come in Last two sections after those three are quite popular these days, up towards the opposition end and many will argue over these being the sections with the best atmosphere, not sure how many will have season tickets in them but like everywhere unless you encounter an arsehole it shouldn't be too much hastle to shift along a wee bit
