I'd expect Sutton to have more suitors than many of our players, evn talking to fans of other clubs he's one that gets noticed as actually capable of doing a job

its getting near the time for the Boss and long suffering fans to see some of the others Not sure if ICT is the game to do it, or wait another week or two but it has to come this season and soon based on many perfomances turned in by the first picks over the last few months, if they have not been delivering they are good enough for the bench for others to get the chance 4-4-2 is the ony formation we are any where near to having players to line up in Hutchinson and Page need to be involved ( saunders when hes back fit) Meechan receives fantastic feedback from his loan spell, and Pollock from those that seen him Fitzpatrick is a loss to the squad unlike the others who is staying? they need the game time, anyone leaving, thanks very much see ya later Saunders, Craggs, Page, Hammell Meechan, Jennings, Hutchinson, Lasley Murphy, Sutton

Can someone please advise on any way to make the site remember me, to save logging in everytime I visit the site from a secure PC or phone Its a total pain in the arse and I'd go as far as to say its gonna drive me away from looking at the official site for news

You lot are Shite Salesmen and blinded by the golden glow that surrounded him in expectation the bigman has shown flashes of brilliance in the short outings he has had remember the 'Well v 'Well game up at Fir Park, class above the other trialists and first teamers that night and what a goal he scored his substitute debut against hibs in the season opener, 6 minutes he played in that defeat, and showed he was worth a starting spot the week after down at Killie and the legendary start down at Killie we got an hour that day out him and a great performance against their giants in defence, a Killie supporting mate picked him out for praise when we spoke after the match, reckoned we had signed a good 'un sadly, the fact he wasn't registered in time to play with us in the Europa cup games, lack of match sharpness and then the tragic arrival of the lovechild Alan Gow a week later meant that Casagolda was out the picture, Blackman-Gow-Murphy-Sutton all were then in front of him in the pecking order. Another player that may well have just been in the wrong place at the wrong time with us, He'll go on to be a star and could really shine in League two, If anyone will get him upto speed its Wardy shame we do not have the cash to support the likes of him a lot of good players out there having to move on due to smaller squads

you the official leak on this that may be correct regarding concessions only in the family section and would seem to be acceptable practice but what about fans of the other 3 clubs being able to buy the cheaper £15 tickets to see their team in a neutral ground?

I take tha in SB, as far as is reported the meeting is going ahead but the vote will not take place at this time as further discussion are required. but what did WE and the other 5 think would happen when we dumped a shit proposal on them, one that will have a serious impact on them, with no prior consultation, they have every right to be very suspicious of everything in that document and the working party In fact who the fuk though it would be a good idea for the six parties to lead the way without involving the others how is that good for Scottish football, getting into bed with the OF , was where we went wrong

Not often I'll agree with Diggle, but once again another outburst after the horse has bolted just watched his greet on Sky sports news I just sighed some very valid points delivered in a way that will ruin any chances of Derek Weir have any chance of working with the old firm members rough summary: ( almost word for word but I'll not say quote for fear of retribution ) Guess its decided then MFC are all for winter shutdowns and summer football and WE have nothing to do with the ten team proposal..... put forward by us, one of six member s of the proposal strategy team

I'll wait and see it does seem the left hand and the right hand dont know what each other is doing though

I rated Griffths highly but now I rate him a dirty wee scumbag, thats needs a fekin slap about his attitude Well done Stuart McCall for digging out a well balanced side , glad someone was able to get some better information thru to him rathering than sticking with the woeful side that has been put out for the last couple of months Still some weaknesses but , just having a midfield and a forward line to work with makes such a difference A huge welcome back to Sutty and dare I say Murph is like a new player when he's given that role
-
Lucky escape there again Craigan miles of the pace for a moment, good cover by Hately
-
Classic case of reputation earning Jennings the booking there, if anything I thought he was trying to clear the situation ( hands underHarkins chin lifting him out the way might not have helped tho'

Was always told it was down to logisitcs of getting the fans in/out of the stadium, with majority of Rangers from West areas and the Celtic fans coming in from the East of the Stadium, which rings true if the fans were going back to their own stadiums to celebrate but we all know they have to get back down to the ferrys to get home
-
Bend over and take it, you are a Motherwell fan or maybe its another mistake and can be clarified on the official site would seem odd/unfair/normal (only in Scotland), that Rangers fans that aren't in the family section can pay £15 to get in but good old Motherwell fans that have no sprogs have to pay £20 Quite clear that Aberdeen fans and Celtic fans can purchase adult tickets for £15 in the West or East stands as well as in the family section also

I'm no cynic you know what I've just typed a long reply but Fuck it, GAME OVER, SPL, OLd Firm SKY ESPN and all the lapdogs that clamber after them can go and jam it. I'll pick up what games I can for the remainder of the season, and see what Shite product the money men leave us with. Mr Weir, enjoy signing all those bigger cheques to pay the players for another couple of years until there is even less interest in the product and the TV money dissapears once again and there will be even less punters coming thru' the gates as they've became TV fans or have been lost to the game altogether
-
This But not this, well not exactly, I reckon we'll have to accept a couple of players classed as not good enough, just having to be good enough sadly true
-
Don't think there is any need to add discussion points, the vote will reflect all
-
It has been mentioned PS I didn't mean getting rolled out by your good self, but by the proposers
-
Understanding your position and choice not to comment , but its interesting link that some back peddling and potential added benefits appear to be getting rolled out in the face of overwhelming opposition to the proposal. I cant see why there would be more TV money, for reduced fanbase/audience, but even if this magical money pot was to re-appear I have no dount it would be squandered once again and would not reduce the gate price significantly but of more a concern is that , it overlooks the fact that fans dont want less teams and if/when a team is relegated and loses its share in this magical pot of gold then they are well and truly screwed

I'm a kind of glass half empty sort of guy most of the time , well it seems that way on here anyhow, maybe its just the footie thats puts me on a downer This debacle ( what else is expected from Scottish Football) does worry me more than even the normal shambles, particularly our very own MFC's involvement in it all. I've intimated before and will re-itterate that Motherwell are heading further and further away from being a 'club' than ever before imho, everything is back to business, business , business and helping drive forward a proposal that the vast majority of fans seem to oppose does nothing to change my opinion. Sticking the words 'community club' on letterheads doesnt do it for me , when behind closed doors decisions like this are being discussed, although maybe it was a masterstroke dropping the words 'premier club' that it replaced Seems to me that after a few years after the last changes at the top up by', some have forgotten the very essence of the game that they recognised after arriving from other business markets This isnt aimed as an attack on Leeann more as a reminder that , there was once great hope placed on her and the focus of the club again seemed to be heading back to where it always needs to be. It could easily have been quotes from Mr Boyle or previous chief exec's regarding how the fans were going to be the main concern as they were being recognised as the lifeblood of the club, but this one was the first quote I found in the proposed Supporters Advisory commitee thread I digress from the subject matter A ten team SPL will be the end for me as a semi regular matchday punter, I'm already drifting away fast for various reasons as discussed elsewhere, increasing the frequency I see the same teams and reducing the variety, whilst leaving the prices high or probably increasing them further guarantees I'll spend even less time at matches.

these threads are funny much like the stadium threads, full of dreamers showing they've not got a clue with the odd realist post thrown in that most still miss and continue down the same fantasy path did we not have one of these slating Craggs before and we finished the season with a great defensive record compared to the others likewise its been posted we're actually doing not too bad defensively this season ( take the 3 games with no manager out and we'd be fekin awesome) there would be jizz everywhere had the strikers stuck with form. Craggs has his flaws ( chief of which imho is he doesnt take well to all the added responsibility of captaincy and asst manager) but name a Motherwell player that doesnt have flaws I'm as keen as anyone to see the next generation, but I'm not ready just to cast one of the best current players aside just yet.

they charge the same as we do ( unless as a home fan they have a pish ridden shed at a lower price)
-
Years in the widerness after a chairman screwed them, put paid to what was an already mediocre support, now the piss poor repetition of the SPL will halt any recovery A board that want to play with the big boys and failing to see thats whats killing Scottish football as a spectator sport. Nae bother is there a prize?
