  1. Pleased with the signing concerned that its another forward to add to the ranks of forwards at the club, when we still have some long running requirements that never seem to be getting filled within our limited budget and equally concerned that at only a six month deal, its hardly looking to the future, with regards to developing and growing the players who have longer term deals ( hell he might even be keeping other short term players out of the team and then whats the point in the wage bill?)
  2. in your commited circumstances thats the thing to do now back to those, that cannot benefit from seeing every home game on a season ticket there is no way of seeing games for an acceptable value
  3. Quite a few things like the extra tax rises on alcohol over the years, making a pint more expensive in comparison to 91 and the fact that the comparison is against a cup final ticket in 91 which last year had to be cut in price back to £25
  4. Radio Clyde reporting he is down at wigan
  5. Unless , we're involved in a TV match what was it 3 from 5 last season Guess you're going to have to make flexible plans around those dates Haggis
  6. Couldn't agree more Andy, Delighted that at least one thread hasn't lost the plot massive strides forward in many areas of the club, unfortunately due to other factors sometimes it looks like we are staying still in some areas or even regressing in a few BUT, I dread to think where we would have been languishing if difficult decisions in many areas had not been taken. its not about 'whats been' or 'what could have been if' its all about 'what is' , and we are very lucky to be where we are Look about at 'our' competition, most of their predicaments fill me with fear, sadly much of that is what is holding everyone back.. To all at MFC a big thank you for what we have received and lets hope we can keep it together and maintain our status. PS would it be too greedy to hope for just a little bit more
  7. Busted, you are Craigie Broon, or child thereof
  8. # unbelievable who the fuk mades those rules up? have you seen many of our regular main stand supporters? and all those casual/floating part timers that were in with them tonight a bouncing atmosphere from minute one, better tell St Andrews or whatever two bob first aid mob we now use I'm going to my bed, even the normally more sensible posters have lost the plot
  9. No tonight is a night like any other night that the club needs these supporters to pay in and help finance the club to keep it alive, I dare say many of them have served their time on the terraces and many others will choose the more refined punters sitting around them or simply the better view they are not in it just for the atmosphere although I'm sure they enjoyed your attempts at getting one going what I'm saying is you have no right to say they should all be ashamed of themselves just because they are different from yourself, oh and for the record there were plenty of the crabbit c***s in the East bemoaning slack passes instead of applauding decent play
  10. imho more chance of losing some that do go regularly than gaining some from tonight but thats for another night, team have done well very early in the season, a little bit more flair and an older head with a bit more experience might have made the difference however all the young uns have just gained experience none of our direct rivals will ever get C'mon the'Well
  11. support their 'Local Team'
  12. go to your bed and sleep it off everybody doesn't have to be like you and wear silly hats and shout and bawl to be a supporter all types of fans in our support, and it needs to be that way
  13. who ever it was reacted just as anyone of us would , to the blatent cheating/gamesmanship going on right in front of them. you can take the fan of the terrace and put him in a suit, but he's still a fan EDIT: oh aye and whatever he said
  14. Jamie Murphy - by some distance although everybody gets pass marks just wasn't to be Edit: Humprey did fairly well , but I can see where the criticism can stem from, I think most of his crosses are useful, BUT only if they rest of the team realise that its going back post 19 times out of 20 ( yeah i now he should be targetting a player in the middle but if he was that good he wouldn't be here) STOPPRESS: Fuck, Big Saunders should be getting a mention, outstanding night for the big fella, and he's getting closer to that goal every match
  15. Stopped in at the club for a couple of programmes from the shop Sellers were congregating still a wee Queue for tickets and the Blonde Brazilian, Kid Kirk was strolling into the Cooper COME ON!!!!!!!! oh aye and then I seen Niels and half the Odense support strolling up from the Electric, BOOOOO!
  16. Aye, most points still valid, just because people pay it doesn't mean its a good decision, many will have to make cuts elsewhere, including other games and nobody likes a smug bastard
  17. all the English, Spanish, Cypriot and Irish players would be impressed
  18. If there is ever a game not to give up on its surely this one with both teams recent past Motherwell come back against hibs and the last minute goal in Odense OB's almost weekly capitulation to late goals C'MON!
  19. no it just means you cant buy them online after 12 noon Monday or thereabouts
  20. Sir Alex the doyen of managers Doyen- noun the senior member of a group, esp. one regarded as an authority because of superior knowledge and long experience tell you its been an education with almost every interview or appearance
  21. jeez I know it was a sh1t game but is that it with the highlights? looked like Killie were the far better team
  22. cant get carried away with the money at stake, but it is still the most significant income we are likely to receive for some time edit if we make it in contrast Rangers earned? £12,400,000 more for similar performance in the champions league, from STV report here not sure if the TV money increase dependant on the group?
  23. If they score one or more at Fir park we have to score at least two more than them to progress be it in 90 or 120 minutes: 2-1 takes it into extra time if it stays the same after 120mins then penalties they score two in 90 or 120 we have to score at least 4 on the night thye sore three we have to score at least 5
  24. Brazilian

    Kilmarnock

for me it can only be Randolph, Hammell or Jennings, atho I reckon plenty will give it to the goalscorer I'd go with Big Darren
