Agree with much of what you said welldaft mk1 but the section quoted is to me why we are having trouble at mill , sad as it all had the makings of something special. Hopefully we get through it and get to see what could be, If JG delivers what he is capable off, but that'll only happen if he wants to and I have my doubts that he still does

you 'n all,
-
SSSSHHHHHH! you're not allowed to mention his exit thoughts/plans

Merry Christmas folks, and aw the best going forward into the new year, I'll raise a glass to all things 'Well and absent friends,
-
Bump* just a reminder that to get the cheap prices tickets have to be purchased before Christmas Official clicky N.B The Brazilian takes no responsibility for even suggesting that the ticket office will be open at any time to buy these tickets

But if he then goes and plays 15 games for Aberdeen between now and the end of the season, scores a couple of goals, wins them 4 or 5 scorable penalty/free kicks, and gets three or 4 opposition players sent off all of which amounts to them picking up an extra 6-9 points and edging us back a place then 20K is not enough. I know its all ifs buts n maybes but I've never been a fan of strengthening the opposition, to do it for an amount that doesn't let us strengthen just doesn't add up, and we're already losing a fair few first team players in January I'd tend to agree with Andy_P that this latest article is not a new story, no quotes etc its just a rehash of an earlier article, no new developments just old snippets regurgitated to fill a few column inches, either Mcghee or JOBs agent keeping the story alive

yip, game after game, surprised its taken other managers so long to catch on, only took Yogi hughes a few minutes. there is more than one way to play football, lets hope the boss realises its time to adapt his pricipalled outlook,

Hately: imagine most will go for Ruddy or the Duke but other managers/scouts have already identiified them as having valuable talent and invested to retain those talents, Gannon has been the one to invest In Hately. 9th: not too fussed on actual position, club in transition etc we've done well first 6 months to retain league position, the potential loss of key players and unknown replacements mean I reckon we could slip a little whilst more changes are made, could easily be 4th or 5th if we were to keep a couple and strengthen. He'll be gone all too soon I'm not buying this never spoke to anyone, PISH!

some of this is might sound negative, which it shouldn't be in the basis of league position squad, hope for the future etc but guess breaking it down leaves me on the dissapointed scale He was handed quite a task after Muttley depeleted the squad with some serious misconduct on the contracts front. the squad he assembled and the youth he has promoted has given us some good moments already with signs that he is having a positive impact developing individual players, those that he can be bothered with that is: leading onto is his handling of senior players, from the outside it seems to be terrible for a man that portrays himself as professional he doesn't seem to manage all the business assets on the same level, not much to say but its obvious that hes not dealt with those he's inherited in the best manner. The press, he's shit at it, fair enough picking fights with the usual scumbags but he started it all on video with his deliberate speculation over offloading players not on the teamsheet. I can live with Keevins and the like getting shunned but feel its all too easy for him to shun all avenues when he has something to hush down like tactics: some of the stuff has been baffling, but I kinda can live with it if only looking at it as he is still rebuilding and trying to tinker to find out strengths of players/formations, but sometimes its just mental! Referees, fair enough, problems there to be seen, he wants it to be better, went too public with it and embarassed himself talking about professionalism and the likes whilst giving all the hacks that he dislikes the exact type of story they thrive on, seems to be keeping it slightly more professional now, lesson learned? as I said it sounds negative but maybes its a case of a good report card for the first term, but could do better in fact could excel and be an utter legend if he stay around
-
And he's not polish
-
the urge is too great must not mention Man.Utd
-
I thought he sounded like he was just giving the party line sound bite to deflect the constant questioning about refs, i.e he said about how difficult game for ref etc i even laughed when he said he's a good guy with a good personality
-
Ruddy, easy choice another good game from the Duke as well. most of the team need to learn to have some urgency when we are behind and the ball is dead instead of letting the clock run down
-
Ruddy was so close to getting that even tho' it was some strike FUK you andy walker, nowhere near it
-
Forbes on for Jennings thought it wouldve been meechan who has had a good game but seems to be tiring ( like others) and a little bit slower on the ball, but a real good game from him RUDDY! saves again
-
I feking Hate Andy Walker Jennings is clearly trying to move his hands away although it hits them, just a wee bit of neutral opinion would be nice from the commentray sure it could be given but he didn't delibreatley handle it WE're aw over the shop just now
-
McGeady a terrible passage of play leading to it dozens of chances to clear our lines but never got near leaving our half
-
I'm mock outraged at the boy n girls singing you F*t B*st**d at McDonald, as a F*t B*st**d myself I take it as a direct attack on my kind, C'Mon the 'Well
-
I see it more as irony when its directed at one named person who is clearly at home but would like to be from somewhere else not a group, but I'm sure many will be like yourself and the likes of Keevins. I don't think it was muted I just think it was a short wee burst of song Fantastic to be in front at halftime, couple of good balls in from Hately? some credit to Gannon defensively on that one ie not giving freekicks away edge of box, so many goals do come from there that thats perhaps how we're leaking lees goals in general.
-
YAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Mon the Duke great casual wee cross in from Bob
-
Aye good effort from Hatelys free kick onto Mchugh just needed a stronger touch Boruc had to punch strong to clear it but their breakaway was quick n took goo drecovery from Reynolds to stop them
-
Samaras goal walked past Reynolds and Hammel good strike to beat Ruddy He is looking lively Mcgeady then hits a long range effort has to be tipped over not so good the now, Mon the fog
-
Motherwell: Ruddy, Moutaouakil, Hammell, Reynolds, Jennings, Jutkiewicz, Murphy, Hateley, Meechan, McHugh, Saunders. Subs: Fraser, Craigan, Coke, Sutton, Forbes, Hutchinson, Pollock. OOOFt Samaras off the bar deflected by Ruddy feet after breaking from a defensive header edge of box so far so good, fog is coming down a little worse as game goes on

I've never been involved in youth football so don't know the setup or ins and outs BUT I think its tragic thats under 12 boys full of enthusiam for the game are DROPPED. there has to be a better way to structure the setup so that kids aren't simply dropped but continue at their own level at that time Jeez we've seen players not look up to it until their twenties but are shunning kids half that age I know that sounds a bit daft but what I mean is maybe the small squad structure at such an early age holds many back? Good luck to the boys , those who have been let go and the others left behind
