  1. thats shite etiquette putting a quote up and changing the title to make it look like someone else, fine saying its looks like someone else but out of order letting others read it and think its actually someone elses post
  2. Brazilian

    Hearts

Lasley for putting effort in to win back possession Can't believe the lack of urgency from the rest of them and the manager in the second half
  3. Few hundred at least, more than I thought Don't know if I'm only noticing if from high vantage point But the shape is awful and all over the place Despite having 5 in midfield there is no defensive width in there And Kerr wanders all over stretching the others, who are already looking hard pushed Ps collum is as usual, pish
  4. Altho Kerr is far up park hutch is out there? V confusing shape at start
  5. Lining up, Ramsden hutch in middle Kerr RB
  6. Unusual a announcement at tynecastle, please always follow the instructions of the stewards, it'll never catch on
  7. And straight into starting 11 vs thistle today
  8. just got on a pc and I see Leeann has replied on a previous page, its much appreciated, but I really hope that every time she has to respond she takes in to account that by just including a little more detail in the announcement much of the negativity and workload can be averted and all of the fans or members can be reached instead of the minority who catch a post on here I'm also hoping that "proxy votes will be allowed as normal"? (have we had votes to make it normal?) is just the incorrect phrase and postal or email voting is also an option, as I'm sure many members dont have an appointed person they can trust who will be attending
  9. It is, but its hardly , enlightening on the shambles of the abandoned match Or even the other disappointing silence on voting rights for the 'Well society Club is doing well in many areas as highlighted, but how they respond to some business situations is bordering on .......... Ps and the lack of clarity on many announcements leads to much of the over reaction from fans who do not know where they stand
  10. That might be an impression I had, if I got a response Or even, if the letter/communication from the club even hinted at it, I and dare say hundreds of others wouldn't have had to ask and would have held a positive view on how these votes are going to be managed instead of suspecting that plans are being cobbled together
  11. No they don't seem to want to answer that question Maybe if I call it a shambles I'll get a response Possibly the club have had to rethink they're protocol on it
  12. the club need to know just how many are affected and the only way is to contact them sadly this ties up meagre resources I can understand why they had the step change in policy as lets face it far too many season ticket holders used both voucher and ST the last time to get friends or family in free, shame the change in policy wasnt advertised and communicated as simple as it should have been as its clearly club officials at fault here, it'll lead to another loss maker, will they ever learn? the new policy didnt really allow for the folk like Jay and others who never entered the ground either, so they all need tickets issued , as well as the hundreds of ST holders who were sent out without vouchers hopefully a management decision is made as opposed to burying heads in the sand if around 12-16 stewards were distributing the vouchers and at least four or five have been confirmed to be issuing only to PATG fans then there is only one simple solution and thats to revert to the special match vouchers in the ST book and following up with clear concise well publicised change of policy in the even t of future abandoned matches
  13. They have clarified it in an email in response to my query, I can't quote it on my phone but it was quite clear I will need a single match ticket issued as I don't have a voucher It's possible they do not appreciate just how many season ticket holders were refused vouchers or indeed just told they didn't need them but unless ST holders query in advance it could lead to one all mighty SNAFU at the turnstyles, if enough query it they may realise the scale of the problem and act if required
  14. As per the web page and the PA announcement, everyone will need a match abandoned voucher, or a newly purchased single match ticket or PATG, I have been offered a ticket as they are aware some stewards issued the wrong info, particularly the pair of numpties in the Cooper who refused me and many other season ticket holders, vouchers
  15. Had an argument with a steward who refused me vouchers as I told him I had season tickets, and the other senior steward shouted over that it was only those who paid in who were to get them, the PA hadn't mentioned any groups in specific, it was no time to discuss it with a 1000 ish folk surging thru the tunnel behind us, So was disappointed that yet another MFC announcement in the website yet again doesn't clarify it Guess Wendy's time will just get wasted answering individual queries
  16. note quite what you mean I know, but all of them have actual less support attending, and for 3 out 4 of them all have had periods of relative success after the moves, something we'd certainly struggle to replicate given the hugely successful period we are currently in two fit for purpose stands at Fir Park house all the fans we have on average. both can also bring in much needed additional income, on match days the notion of ground sharing and re-building Fir Park seems more far fetched than a new build as it has even extra costs, with no income I keep hearing the POD has less than ten years left, just not from any source other than rumour, plenty older structures still going strong out there, and its not let us down yet. East will hopefully go back to part standing, and should only cost speculated £200-300k to convert and re-roof a fraction of what we've spent on pitch work a few years back plenty life through scheduled maintenance works left in the old girl yet, maybe not in her full capacity but when did we last use that?
  17. Surely obvious trolling is a ban on here? Been explained by a number of posters, club officials and the media that it was nothing to do with the stadium , but the trolling continues....
  18. Getting very sad your pathetic trolling, nothing to do with Motherwell FC or Fir Park, no power from the main grid means no game, full stop now go and fire one off into your favourite sock
  19. Back up generators, are really only specified to power emergency requirements (emergency PA, fire alarms, Emergency lighting for exits etc) and to run for a certain amount of time, that will be based on the stadium evacuation time + a safety margin, there is no way a match commander or Motherwell official could or would allow a match to be hosted on emergency power which would have no backup. as soon as the call goes into Scottish Power , the decision will be made on their response, no doubt they couldnt guarantee stable power would be restored within a timeframe, so makes it the only safe decision.
  20. Nothing the club could have done if its a area failure, Just need the media teams good relationship with the press to hopefully kick in and make sure the correct reason for the call off gets published although in the ground, the shambles comment isnt that far off the mark, despite a practice run last year, the organisation seemed worse. hopefully the club will request feedback as to why it appeared that way. Shit day for the players after a frustrating week or so I'm sure they were desperate to get a game, and now we have the international break.
  21. Got mine delivered and have scanned through it, Not sure you'll have the market going forward to cover your costs but I'll continue to subscribe, usual ups and downs, with topics and ramblings to peruse, some issues I will not put down and read cover to cover others I'll just scan and then read each section when trap one is vacant 'Well worth £1 surely? And with only 4 or 5 issues a year it would be a shame for it to be put down due to lack of buyers
  22. I was torn on it, Higgy was tremendous and the stats dont lie, but Randolph was almost world class at times likewise even as frustrated as I am with the boss, he should proably at least get a nomination (from us because he's ours) but from the panel for two wins, a draw and only a relatively narrow defeat against a team with what, ten? times our budget, although Lomas should walk it young player, I opted for Zaine, he only played in two of the games but for us it would probably been him Cummins or Kerr, as it is I reckon Fraser? will get it but these votes and associated publicity, is all part of the machine that raises the profile of the club and players, so for a couple of clicks and a minute of everyones time, it adds value maybe not directly, but better to be mentioned than not, especially in the positive sense of successful performances
  23. So trying to get over the doom and gloom thats descended, Septembers nominations for the Clydesdale bank monthly awards are up, its got to be worth mentioning a couple of our players had a very good month. Be decent if one or more of them got nominated and selected, get voting 4 matches to take into account for our lads ICT at Fir Park 4-1 Hately, Higdon, Higdon, Higdon & Randolph point blank save from overhead kick & a penalty save amongst quite a few good stops match summary Dundee at Dens 1-2 Higdon, Higdon ( & he rattled the post) match summary Aberdeen away 3-3 Higdon, Hutchinson, Hately match summary Celtic 0-2 Randolph was outstanding match summary
  24. the gaffer has similar feelings:
