  1. I suggested the same during the phone conversation , nothing anywhere indicated things are still ticking along nicely and that membership cards etc will be issued in due course as the legalities get signed off A short web statement might save personal enquiries and even better a local media piece might refresh some memories that have still to sign up ....
  2. After a query I made on twitter I got a call from the office, I'm only on the basic membership for now but the stage so far as I understand it is, only a welcome letter and the subscription code for the 12 months membership of MFCtv has been issued so far, and in the short term don't think anything else will be issued. Seems the lawyers are a bit nervous that until the shares have officially been transferred from JB to the society, that membership cards etc are on hold in case off the unlikely event of it not happening Staff are quite keen on everyone getting their MFCtv codes and using them, even if you're happy to pay for it as the society is paying out for the codes to the 3rd party Email address is on official site seem happy to respond to enquiries and definitely want to hear if you havn't got welcome letter or MFCtv code email
  3. not sure reckon it just quite a few years old from him at the Phil O'Donnell tribute match
  4. so that would make it other football
  5. were a few in this afternoon with kids exchanging for next size up, might have only been a coincidence but if ordering for delivery I'd be tempted to get them to measure across the chest and compare it to something that fits PS its the mutts nuts!
  6. too true a customer wouldn't worry about a business operating in a market place that showed very little sporting integrity or corporate honesty in competition, they would simply walk away and choose another company supporters on the other hand spend evenings on the internet discussing pro and cons of decisions yet to be made by others, that could very well go against personal values and that could find them spending less time around their much loved club, but not taking their support elsewhere
  7. Tragic comment and says more about where your passion lies than any you argue against other than holding off on ticket purchase and joining the 'Well society those arguing it probably have 'put up' other than that what are they meant to do apart from continue to voice their concerns over the equally broken record claiming its better to turn a blind eye to blatant corruption, than to call for our own club to vote against it much of the media and the establishment are choosing to not even give an open view on the potential scenarios either way, without fans voicing grievance Chick Young and his cronies would have had the general public fundraising for Rangers as victims and as for fans that try and force others out of our small support :wank:
  8. Does it really matter if they were there, if the tickets are sold? we keep getting told season ticket sales are up year on year so we must be at around 5k with them and PATG punters by now folk are referring to a boost in interest and sales, are you really saying there will be no boost at all if Rangers are found guilty of some quite exceptional rule breaking and are dealt with, at least as harshly, as other clubs who got nowhere near the benefits they did from their alleged corruption? no boost from a more competitive league ( McCall was wrong ) no boost on the ongoing growth of local families choosing MFC over Rangers/Tic no boost from folk fretting over a league verging on declaring itself corruptible the 10% might have been clutched from the sky but you really think an honest punishment for the crimes listed would have a negative effect on our crowds?
  9. Pissed off at those comments attributed to McCall A measure of the man if he doesn't counter them officially and speak out about breaking rules means punishment and integrity is essential in sport along with the fact his quotes as used are just pure and utter dross , that are shown out of context if they have been
  10. It's a well worded statement that a politician would be proud off as it gives no positive answer either way , it also cleverly includes snippets on sporting integrity and financial stability to appease many, be interesting to see how fans are consulted as the vote is usually meant to be taken on the day off the meeting, I do wonder what prompted the statement
  11. Welcome on board dmacd, its great that the clubs pricing is still bringing casual fans in for more games and its good that your boy is so keen, dont let others influence that the likes of me are just scunnered that we've been pumping money in for years, yet our money seems to be always given less consideration than TV and old firm cash. To then have concerns that sporting integrity will get over-looked, has some thinking its just not worth it , A lot still to pan out off course but guess the forum is for opinions to be aired and the what if scenarios to be considered. Enjoy the Cooper next season
  12. the season ticket buying deadline?
  13. just sent over a wee top up, keep an eye out for it hopefully folk will be able to help meet the original pledges
  14. FHW, still some ill feeling here that I had to rely on a unknown punter (cheers Mr H) on the internet to secure me cup final tickets. the fact that the club still doesn't know where there money comes from to distribute tickets evenly is poor form. still magic that worrying about tickets is a reality, Champions League, We're having a Laugh
  15. 5th minute it is then and whenever the crowd feels the need and most certainly when he takes his bow
  16. kmcalpin, I admire your unfloundering stance on most matters Motherwell can I ask one question though if Rangers are liquidated should they receive the same sanctions as Airdrie & Gretna?
  17. Think it's only around ten or so, reply on this thread a few times and you'll get there no problem Questions on all things Motherwell FC welcome
  18. in fairness he/she asked WHY?? it was pish I responded
  19. did Stuart McCall not hint that the club would be looking at pricing in his interview pitchside at Ibrox on MFCtv. hope they announce it early if it happens to spread the word
  20. Its been changed and no doubt will be changed again, Breidblik, Aalesunds, Odense, not hard to find out and write up a short article covering the basics, for a site that is claiming to be about real reporting, no different from the hacks that get it wrong in the rags they are bashing fair play they want to improve it, hope they can, but at present until they get reporters or fans on side it was inaccurate
  21. Its , edit: Not very good or up to your sites claimed reporting standards becasue it contains nothing but a couple of quotes, and the only reporting is wrong in that you claim we played three matches in europe two seasons ago. Edit: see u did it, best start your own topic if you want discussions on you or your site dont clutter up fans discussions
  22. I look forward to the likes of Airdrie United & Gretna suing the SFA and member clubs over this. Easy decision, newco starts the same as all the other newco's before them anything else is both morally and legally corrupt Goodbye SPL
